Easy, intuitive, integrated
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign is a seamless, affordable way to get all your documents electronically signed. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few instances where the signed document did not save back to Dropbox but it was easily accessed through the Dropbox Sign login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox Sign has 100% eliminated the need for printing and signing documents.

Dropbox Sign is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sign is extremely easy to use both from the admin side and the employee side. We use Dropbox Sign to send all of our employee's documents to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I dislike is the amount of templates that you are allowed to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easier for us to get documents to remote employees. Since switching to Dropbox we have noticed a much faster turn around rate for the documents sent.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make templates for agreements that I routinely have and that it's easy for me to sign and for my clients to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not as intuitive on what to input as you start to create a new document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the process more professional looking and gives me a way to track signed contracts better.

We like many things about Dropbox Sign!

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost could be a bit lower, which would help small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to service our clients efficiently. We are able to service a larger area of clients since clients do not have to attend our office to sign documents. There is less paper being used in our office as a result.
Quick and efficient document handling
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign allows to reach clients in a timely and efficient manner to meet several deadlines. Ease of use for clients make it user friendly for both the business and the client. Follow-up is straightforward. We open all our clients this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Dropbox Sign goes to spam. We alert the client to this possibility to prevent handling of time sensitive documents. Some signatures are not clear or very large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox Sign has keep their service streamlined on a regular basis so issues are minimal, if at all.
Works well for one time signings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's simple. I like that we have several documents that can be signed. I like the filter features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a free (or cheaper) option to send the document to multiple people without paying more. I often send the same document to several people and to do a bulk submission would be really nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure what problems Dropbox is fixing. But again, I wish I could the same document to multiple people without sending them one at a time. I know that is a feature available if you pay more.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, whether creating a new template or using an existing template.
What do you dislike about the product?
I with that there was a way to start and save a draft of a contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes getting contracts signed much easier and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and very convenient too. I have been using it for 5 years now and I only had 1 issue which was resolved easily by their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't say anything bad as my experience for 5 years with them has been great.

Our practice requires all our clients sign the practice agreement prior to onboarding and Dropbox Sign made it easier for us to accomplish that.
Easy and Efficient way to process signature requisite forms.
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that DropBox Sign demonstrates an industry standard. We can use the program for the most basic of documents to many complex situations. They have a significant amount of training documents available to show you how to go a step beyond the basics. But when needed you get top notch assistance directly from a representative. It has the ability to customize forms, save templates and so much more that streamlines your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I cannot do, that I really would like, is to have more than one signer per form for Links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have multiple people sign consent forms remotely. With Dropbox we can send them a link and we get the form returned to our emails as soon as the person signs. This is just one feature, but the most used on my part.
Easy UI, good value
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Never had any complaints from clients either

The signature boxes, date boxes, titles, the other fields can be tough to line up manually
