Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. Not complicated at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There is nothing missing nor anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to mail or fax a document for signature. Because it delivers at once, we are able to get the signed document faster.

Great product.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HelloSign for well over a year now. It's fast and easy, for both me and my clients. Very pleased.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some occassional maintenance issues, but they seem to get resolved very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy signatures has caused an increase in revenue.
HelloSign is a MUST use!!
What do you like best about the product?
On my end, I love how quick and user-friendly the interface is to upload my docs, create signers & signature boxes and send off to my clients!
For my clients, I love how easy it is for them to navigate and submit e-signatures seamlessly!
I also love the email notifications to keep track of my document's status.

What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have no dislikes of this service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems using HelloSign. I have realized using HelloSign me & my clients can upload and e-sign documents in a much faster than other programs. In turn, my seals get done faster (faster output to my clients due to such easy uploading & submitting) and faster output of signed documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Share with all your friends and let's make the e-signing space, a more enjoyable one!!
Easy e signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and easy. We use this for our sales org and it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was on a legacy plan and couldn't add new users easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to sign and scan stuff anymore. We use it for all sales orders and HR paperwork
HelloSign has been my agreement software for the life of the business
What do you like best about the product?
I find it incredibly easy to use and it integrates with all of our other software solutions. Additionally, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg for signature software!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used HelloSign for years now but during that time there was a lapse where the contacts didn't properly upload, outside of that (which is fixed now) I have had no issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send all my project agreements through HelloSign and am able to manage, in a single location, all existing, upcoming, and past contracts. It really benefits us because regardless of the situation, if it was saved incorrectly or an issue. The official signed agreement can always be found on HelloSign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't rate the support because I have not needed them. The software is straightforward, does exactly what it should do, and users have far fewer issues with it. Additionally your not asking everyone to make an account, it does it's job and does it well.

There is nothing I dislike about Hellosign. It only gets better and better. Looking forward to how this program updates in the future!

Nothing so far. I havent been able to use all the features yet but no complaints so far

Great for a small company
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I like that it sends automatic reminders for outstanding documents and that we receive a daily "briefing" to let us know what documents are still outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
When editing a document, the original is still showing as outstanding. If we forget to delete the original, there are two outstanding documents that are virtually the same. Clients have trouble figuring it out - especially if we need more than one person's signature on the same document. It would be nice to be able to add additional recipients when using a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much more cost-effective and saves time having a client sign a document electronically. We don't have to spend additional money on postage, and it cuts down on the time we are waiting for documents to be returned.
Brilliant and simple e-signature app
What do you like best about the product?
It's effortless, and my clients find it super easy to use. It takes no more than ~20 seconds to prepare and send a simple document for signature. The notifications I receive when the document is viewed, signed, and completed are perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that's somewhat annoying is that it's difficult to place fields precisely, so they line up with adjacent text. Be great to see AI applied here for better text alignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having my clients sign myriad types of documents quickly and effortlessly. The biggest benefit is that there's no reason to ever print/sign/scan anything ever again!
HelloSign is really user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate. You can edit your own. Documents or send to others to sign or add information. I like how it can auto populate the fields to be filled out so you don't miss any!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to line up the text boxes sometimes. It would also be nice to go back in and edit even after it's signed, then it can just send an edited copy to the signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to edit documents like in Adobe pro without their expensive software. I also like filing out forms on there instead of handwriting them so the information looks clearer.

I love the layout of the platform. It's super easy to use.
