What do you like best about the product?
Being able to digitally sign documents easily, even if just for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I would like more auto-complete suggestions so I don't have to retype certain things over and over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to digitally sign documents vs printing them out, signing and then scanning them into my phone and emailing them

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to use and makes the process to get signatures quick and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could add a cc: when sending out a doc that was created from a template for signature

Ease of signatures for contracts
HelloSign has an intuitive and fresh interface that allows me to send out documents seamlessly.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface, templates are a huge time saver for me as a solo business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I have basic needs for document signing. HelloSign allows me to do this at an affordable and efficient price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has been a huge time saver! The templates allow me to save client contracts and fly through the process.
my "go to" electronic signature software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the design. There are enough features to get the job done, nothing flashy to overcomplicate the processes. At the end of the day, the point is to make signing a document easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides other than the brand "HelloSign" not as being as recognizable as Docusign. I have partners who ask for Docusign, and I always have to confirm if HelloSign is an acceptable alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just need to execute day-to-day agreements. Especially when working in SaaS, there are extensive agreements through the business development process (e.g. MNDA, DEA, actual agreement, etc...)
Truly a great tool for our business.

Hello Sign gives me the ability to send instant contracts to our customers and they can sign them right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't seen anything that I don't like so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now get our customers their contract over quickly and they send it back same day rather than having to wait for mail.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using hellosign to send my clients cred card auth forms, it is so simple to use for both myself and my clients! Would definitely recommend for other small businesses!

I haven't really found anything that I dislike yet, but I am still new to using the program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so quick and easy for me to even send credit card auth forms from my phone, it allows me to lock in my sale and not leave my client hanging waiting on me. It makes making sales easier knowing I can rely on the efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
Instant feedback from service shows when the client opened and viewed, allowed a message to attach, shows if and when service was signed. Very easy to send
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike how I have to backtrack to the previously opened page to reattach material from the 'folder' each time I move to a new submission to be sent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many client cannot drive into the office to sign simple papers, benefits allow clients to sign using their smart phone.

Considering using for fast results to clients who cannot drive in for live signature
Hellosign has helped streamline our business operations and has saved us a ton of time.

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Hellosign at this time.

Easy to use. Simple for end user. Fast and efficient.

That you can't edit a waiver template within hello sign. No word processor

The templates for documents I need to get signed consistently are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't as intuitive or modern as you think it would be. Took me a while to figure out creating templates as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get contracts finalized more quickly, make life easier for clients, and as a result, come across as a more professional partner and vendor.
