An effective tool for collecting important signatures and managing documents.
What do you like best about the product?
We chose Dropbox Sign over other similar applications because of it's stragiht forward approach to templating PDFs and collecting document signatures. In particular, we wanted to have multiple users, and be able to quickly get our legal documents signed without much hassle or management. Dropbox Sign has allowed us to effectively manage our signatures and we can't ask for much more! We use it about 3-4 times a month for external signatures from our clients and partners. We also trust that the signatures are verifiable and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox Sign is purposefully simple - so if you have larger documents with multiple signature pages or you need to manage hundreds of documents it might not be the right choice. But honestly, we're here for its simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to sign legal documents with our remote clients and vendors, and Dropbox Sign allows us to quickly and verifiably get these documents signed and exchanged.
Accurate and time saving
What do you like best about the product?
It is a time saver when it comes to getting approval signatures for paying invoices or payroll. It is easy to use and very convenient . I have not had to contact customer support while using the product, but I did before we purchased it and they were very friendly and helpful. I use this product weekly. I have found it very easy to get started and to implement it into our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could choose the color signature boxes for each individual signer, so that they all had their own color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving compliance problems for us and it is extremely easy to navigate and a time saver.
Everything I Need In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple to use tool. I am able to use it for leases and it gives me all the tools I need to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using templates stored in Google Drive is not easy. The tool that connects to Google drive doesn't allow me to look in folders but rather has me scroll through all the PDF docs I have. It's not efficient.

I needed a way to have leases signed digitally because I manage a property remotely.
Integration makes workflow smoother.

I enjoy the integration into my current workflow.

I wish the product was more accessible on my mobile phone.

Documents are secured faster that the postal service and cheaper than a courier.
Easy Electronic Document Signing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the program very easy to use. Tasks get implemented quickly and it keeps the processes seamless from the customers side of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I beleive the service is a little too expense for what it is but I still use the software.

The sigining of coaching services agreements and making this process as easy as possible. Keeping all imporant files on hand.
Long Time User of Dropbox Sign

Good value for money and gets the job done

Difficult to access customer support, would prefer more flexible plan options

I frequently require e-signatures from a large number of stakeholders, compared to some other similar products Dropbox Sign makes this process fairly straightforward and manageable
Very convenient and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Adding documents and fields is very simple. Receiving notifications when clients have viewed/signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues or complaints with the product

The ease of use is great, even my elderly customers can navigate it. Ha!

Nothing really comes to mind, it's very straight forward and simple.

I work completely virtual in a sales industry. All documents need signing virtually, I don't have to fax etc. Paperwork.
