Super user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless it is - assinging signors is super easy, reassining, etc. I also like how easy it is for customers to sign. In the past I used e-signature services that were not intuitive - customers were missing signatures or unsure if they completed the proper steps. Dropbox is clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
may be an internal thing here but sometimes dififculat to see the document after sending (think this may be in our SF)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes it easy to send orders or documents for signature and the customers always know where to sign.

Great for business!
What do you like best about the product?
We send out packets via Dropbox hundreds of times a year! The upload and signaute process is very straight forward and easy! The contracts a time stamped for validation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couldnt really think of a weak point. Very easy to use

To be able to quick sign contracts for our customers has been extremely important for our business.

It's simple to use (for our team AND our clients) AND it integrates well with other platforms.

Pricing is high in comparison to other e-signing platforms.

Quick signing of contracts.
Efficient & Easiest Document Signing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's very intuitive and easy to get documents to the right people for signatures. It's also very easy for the client to sign, date, or initial because the document won't complete until they've done each one. We sometimes have tech challenged clients and this process can be done on a mobile phone too. We frequently utilize the program due to our clients distance from our design cener. Customer support is efficient, it's easy to implement and integrate within your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always have to log in via email. I wish it would "remember me". Sometimes, the application runs slow when downloading the documents for signature, but you just have to be patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a client lives further away from the design center or for phone orders.

What do you like best about the product?
I was using another service to get contracts signed and it was so glitchy. I never have any issues with Dropbox Sign at all. It works just as it should, and it's very user-friendly too. I highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing. I love everything about it!

Getting contracts signed quickly and electronically
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign has been very easy to use and setup. I've been able to include contract templates that are quick to set up and send to new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far is my inability to login directly from Dropbox Sign. I have to go to HelloSign first and then select Dropbox Sign from their menu to log in.

Allows me to get official agreements from clients before providing the service

Editing the templates can be somewhat of a pain.

It's easy to send over our policies and terms to customers before their move, which covers our tail in the end.

It is so convenient and helpful to be able to send a document for signature. It is great to be able to send documents for signatures to other offices/locations without having to leave my office and drive over. It is user friendly, not complicated at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Dropbox Sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to drive across town to get signatures from other executives in other locations. I can still do other work in my office while my documents wait to get signed.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and track views and signatures. You can also cc people you want to have visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails for signatures go to spam, which is a major issue. We have to then resend the email or use a different tool.

Makes contract signature easier.
In the day of technology, it is such a big help when closing sales over the phone!

I would love to be notified or aware that the customer obtained a copy of their signed receipt.

It really solves not having to have the customer present.
