Secure File Sharing and Organization Made Easy with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who works at a large agency and communicates with many external folks, Dropbox is really helpful for securely sending documents and information. We're able to organize the organization's many files, and I enjoy the integrations with Mac.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to better integrate Dropbox with Mac to include AI support. To really enjoy all that Dropbox has to offer, I have to go to the browzer version, or the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves cross-file communication easily. I love how organized my company's files are within Dropbox.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how fast and reliable its file syncing is, which makes it really easy to share files and access them across all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Dropbox is that the pricing feels a bit high for the amount of storage you get, especially when you compare it with other alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me keep all my files in one place and access them from anywhere, which saves me time and makes collaboration much easier.
Convenient, Multi-Device Document Storage That Works Online and Offline
What do you like best about the product?
It lets you store all your documents in one place. Multiple users can access the documents at the same time, across different devices. You can also log in on various devices at any time. It works well both online and offline, which I find very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links to file changes when a document’s location is tampered with, with minimal notification to other users. Aside from that issue, I find it very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone in the organization to share files easily, and it also serves as a central place to store them. I also like that you can limit access within different folders in the same organization, giving different people different levels of access.

Great way to store photos and videos without taking up space on local devices.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use cloud based files sharing platform, which allows you tracking the viewers as well

Nothing so far, just the pricing is little higher for higher storage apart from that, it's very usefull

We're looking for a secured platform for internal file sharing and with clients as well, and Dropbox come up as a best solution for the same, it allows visitors tracking, a secured cloud space to share documents internally and with clients as well

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store my DJ mixes and share them with others. I find it invaluable for its ability to share, store, and organize files. I like that it's a cloud-based storage program, and I really value Dropbox for its easy file syncing, sharing, and organizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Dropbox offers limited space for free. I think for a free plan, it should offer more free space or let you watch ads for more storage. Also, it shouldn't delete storage once capacity is met.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Dropbox is being able to upload and send large sets of plans to anyone online

There is not much to dislike about dropbox. It serves the need of sending large files

Dropbox is solving the problem on sending large files to multiple people and keeping them together neatly. Also its easy to update files and not have to resend links.

Access It Anywhere—No Physical Device Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access it from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, and I don’t have to carry around or store a physical device.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very expensive, and you need an internet connection to access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main issues right now is the lack of storage. Because of that, I end up having to buy an external hard disk and then find a safe physical place to store it securely. Dropbox helps solve this problem.
Best option for sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing is the accessibility to my files between my work laptop, personal laptop and phone. I am able to access and send files to internal and external stakeholders quickly, easily and efficiently. Including copying/moving files to new folders with custom names for custom external stakeholders who ask for something specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to ensure you name your files correctly if you want to find a single file within thousands of files. More of a human error than a dropbox error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending many different external stakeholders specific files that they request. i.e. I work for a hospitality brand and we send media kits (press release, images and videos) to journalists who may feature us in their articles.
