What do you like best about the product?
File sharing and user permission management are easy and practical in Dropbox. The web interface is clean, concise, and user-friendly, and it integrates well with most third party services and project management tools
What do you dislike about the product?
A useful improvement would be a feature that can recognize people in photos and allow users to easily filter images by person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to organize my cloud files, including documents, receipts, reports, and certificates. I typically sort receipts by year and month, which makes them easy to find. I can quickly access my files from both my mobile and laptop, giving me the flexibility to manage my personal documents anytime, from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very easy and safe place to keep my documents. I can also access them easily on my phone, and sharing documents is quick, simple, and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little expensive for normal users. Also, the free plan provides only a small amount of space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files at very fast speed is the main USP for office users. I have to deal with multiple worksheets and share them with my team, so it makes that process much easier.

I really like that Dropbox can be used on multiple devices like a cell phone, PC, tablet, or iPad. It's easy to use and really friendly, which makes it a breeze to handle. The initial setup was super easy and friendly too. Having access to all my information anywhere is a great plus for me.

Sometimes it takes a little bit to open the files that I save. Maybe go ahead and have a quick access to certain information.

It addresses the core problem of scattered and fragmented digital content. Before Dropbox users struggled with USB drives and corrupted external hard drives and file too bog errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save all of my files, documents, photos, and videos on Dropbox and share them with people even if I don't have a flash drive. The seamless syncing and performance, along with the advanced sharing controls, are features I appreciate because they're fast and more reliable compared to Dropbox's competitors. I also value the control I have over data that may be sensitive. The initial setup was pretty easy and simple for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s something that I don’t like about Dropbox, it’s the speed of uploading that actually moves at a slow pace, which means that it takes longer for the files to upload. I also don’t like the fact that there is only limited free storage.

Dropbox helps with file synchronization issues, access across platforms, and provides reliable technical support for app issues.
