we use dropbox to share files between computers when working from out of office situations.

have not found any real dislikes, other than the upgrade requests

no need to get super technical programs thatcost more than my bottom line can absorb
Why Dropbox works for my Business?
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me flexibility in accessing my files anywhere in the world. If we are on location or at the local office, my team can all work together to move projects forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools for interacting with files are sometimes unclear, which can cause delays in transferring files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the smooth transfer of files between all team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can easily share large files with clients. We do specific designs and coding, so sometimes their email server blocks our emails, and we use Dropbox to get them through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it difficult to find the files clients have sent in the past. Also, it would be nice for the free accounts to have more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us share files amoung outside clients that can not access our project management system.

I love how easy it is to upload and share videos with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of research and clicking around to make sure clients have the ability to download. At first, it's not clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has much greater space to upload and share videos than other providers. For example, I use another provider to share most of my pictures with clients but when it comes to videos, Dropbox is a much better choice.

What do you like best about the product?
I can access my files offline; file upload and download are superfast.

The basic plan has minimal storage. At least 10GB would be great for users on a basic plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a musician, Dropbox helps me to share large, important files easily, quickly and securely.
My experience with Dropbox was like no other, it was and is still out of this world.
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, just yesterday, I was editing my CV and cover letter that I had uploaded on Dropbox. I don't even remember when I uploaded the files, but I was still able to get hold of them. So the best thing about Dropbox is that you can upload your files, and still be able to access them wherever you are, it reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So I am still using the free version. The downside of it is that it comes at a cost, at least all good things do. It might be disadvantageous especially to students who might have a handful of expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to invite my friends to edit a live document whenever from wherever. It makes it easy to collaborate.

I like how it gives poeple the time to get to decide if they actually want to spend on the product itself, however I also hope that there are ways that are actually for free and does not require a payment after sometime.

Many cloud service providers already provide this fuction, but the dropbox app aims to lower the noise needed for me to get through my files properly due to their Cross-platform accessibility. It works through the different opperating systems available, and it even has a website to access in a computer with low storage.
Through these, collaborators from different parts of the world can share folders, interact through comments, and the fact that real-time document editing is also available, dropbox is very reliable for team projects. Focusing more on businesses rather than those people planning to buy a plan for daily use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it does not have a free lifetime option, wherein they only allow a tiny bit of gigabytes to store files for free. It would be better if they increase the measly 2GB of space, since just like the competitors, this would boost the company's users; however if dropbox does not intend to do this suggestion, it can focus more on social media marketing to increase it's user interaction.
Dropbox contains useful features, however the prices of dropbox's plans are more expensive and inaccessible to some. Since other platforms provide lower they should give themselves a leverage by lowering the prices for people using the product as compared to those other service providers.
Lastly, I hope that a feature like offline access management would come to dropbox. And to be more streamlined like the rest by giving people the opportunity to use their product more.

The fact that I can collaborate with my peers when working while using dropbox is one of the big factor that affects my perception on this product. Through this, I can share, comment, and even edit my colleague's files in real time.
