It’s fast and simple
What do you like best about the product?
It's so straightforward and easy to use. Hope free spaces would be upgraded to more storage.

I have been using Dropbox for almost 14 years, and it has provided a best service.
What do you like best about the product?
The best features I have used Dropbox for are multiple device access, uploading data frequently and the UI is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the lack of storage for free users other similar products I have encountered had 15GB but Dropbox had only 5GB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Dropbox for cloud storage of important data.
Good alternative for Gdrive recently
What do you like best about the product?
Read documents is much easier from Dropbox
What do you dislike about the product?
Size capacity for free account is limited so there is no urge to use Dropbox compare to common apps like Gdrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have alternative to seperate my documents from other cloud drive.
It was a pleasure user-friendly experience

The logo is not that nice looking, the colors and the layout in the app is a bit grim.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about DropBox is that it serves as an easy platform for me to share documents and photos. I've used Dropbox to share hundreds of photos with my clients as a photographer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I find that the user experience could be improved. I find the app confusing to navigate at times. Also when sharing photos, I want to be able to open an image and go back to the gallery without resetting the page!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's no other platform I can think of to share my photos are such a large scale with my clients.

Dropbox is so easy to use, I simply drag and drop to upload.

Limits on size of files that can be added. I sometimes have to move files over to allow others to upload.

Dropbox allows all members of our professional group, located in 15 states across the US, to share information in one location.

Dropbox has a very user friendly and sleek interface, and allows me to very simply upload and access my files.

At times, the upload and downloads have a little trouble if I'm doing them in large batches.

Dropbox helps me to have storage solutions for my freelance videography business, and also allows me to simply share work with my clients.
Dropbox is easy to use—I love how mobile-friendly it is.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best part about Dropbox is how easy it is to use the mobile app. I shoot a lot of video and photos for work and for hobbies and it's easy to upload on the fly and download when in the field. Organizing my files via the app is also a breeze and makes my life a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find that the search can be a little clunky. If I have similar file names--for instance a series of photos-- I find that I have to dig a bit harder and the preview function can also be improved so that I can more easily and quickly discern the difference between files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass file storage. I used to have to put all of my work on external hard drives which was annoying and expensive. It's great to have everything on the cloud and accessible readily from my phone or laptop.
