Dropbox does everything I need or want it to do with elegance and style.
What do you like best about the product?
Not only can I store important documents and videos on Dropbox, but I can share them with my colleagues easily. I also love the way Zoom meetings are automatically sent to Dropbox and how easy it is to share the meetings with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m still on the hunt, but so far, I haven’t spotted a single flaw in Dropbox!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of storing and sharing important organizational documents and meetings and does it for a reasonable price.
DropBox is very good at what it does
What do you like best about the product?
The software integrates well with Mac OS. Solves a variety of problems for users, such as sharing files in work groups and transferring files too large for email
What do you dislike about the product?
Free account is too small. I am routinely over-filled. There used to be free options to upgrade that, but not for years. Now, the least-expensive plan to join is over $100/year, and I have not felt like buying that.
I also resent that DropBox attempts to automatically backup media from all disks attached to the Mac. And, I resent that DropBox attempts to automaticaly "back up" all the photos on any camera or card that I attach with photos -- it does this silently and automatically, which results in accounts filling up. Most Mac users are already using Apple Photos; this creates an awkward redundancy that can be difficult to resolve.

1) Sync files for small work groups. How to share among geographically dispersed groups of employees. 2) Large email attachments, solved. 3) automatic backup target for my hosted databases, providing automated 3rd-party backup

What do you like best about the product?
For my current use case, using Dropbox to deliver finished projects for dowloand that can be password protected is by far the most useful. It's also a great way from me to store backups and other assets so I can easily access them anywhere, especially with its integration into Finder on Mac. I use Dropbox daily.

As of now there isn't anything I'd say I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dopbox solves my problem of being able to share and deliver full resolution video/photo projects to my clients. With Dropbox's macOS integration it makes importing and sending Dropbox links seamless. It fullfills the role of doing what I need it to while at the same time "staying out of my way" so I can keep my focus and energy where it matters most.
