Problems Dropbox Solves:
File access across devices: No more emailing documents to myself or carrying flash drives.
File backup and recovery: If I lose or damage a device, my files are still safe in the cloud.
Collaboration issues: Instead of sending files back and forth, I can share a folder and work with others in real time.
Version control: It keeps track of changes and older versions, which helps avoid mistakes and lost work.
How That Benefits Me:
I can work from anywhere without worrying about forgetting a file.
I save time by not having to organize multiple versions of the same document.
Collaboration is faster and cleaner, especially on shared projects.
It gives me peace of mind knowing my files are backed up and secure.
Overall, Dropbox keeps my workflow smooth and reduces stress when juggling multiple tasks or devices.

The Best File Management From Device to Desktop
What do you like best about the product?

Sometimes the search function is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to share files to multiple users, work and update the files seamlessly without laggy servers. It always functions quickly and rarely has down time.

Keeping files in sync across multiple devices
Dropbox has been an incredible tool for our nonprofit organization.
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Dropbox for several years to manage projects and collaborate across multiple countries, including the U.S., Canada, and Nigeria. As a nonprofit, staying organized and keeping our teams connected is critical, and Dropbox makes that easy. Whether I’m sharing reports with partners in Canada, uploading donor materials from the U.S., or collaborating on project files with our team in Nigeria, Dropbox keeps everything organized and accessible in real time.
The ability to securely store, share, and access files from anywhere in the world has made our cross-border work much more efficient. I also love how easy it is to manage permissions and ensure the right people have access to the right files. Dropbox helps us save time, stay on the same page, and focus on the mission instead of worrying about tech headaches. Highly recommend it for any organization working across teams, locations, or countries.

What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan is too limited. Occasionally, there are syncing delays or conflicts if multiple people edit files at the same time, though this is true of most cloud storage services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the problem of cross-border file management and collaboration. As someone working with teams in the U.S., Canada, and Nigeria, I need a single, reliable platform where I can store, organize, and securely share important documents and project files—regardless of location or time zone.
It eliminates the hassle of emailing attachments back and forth or dealing with version control issues. I can easily grant or restrict access, update files in real time, and ensure everyone is working from the same document, whether they’re in North America or West Africa.
This benefits me by saving valuable time, improving team coordination, and reducing the risk of lost or outdated files, allowing me to focus more on impact-driven work rather than administrative headaches.

Longtime Dropbox user
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use Dropbox across all of my devices. Makes sharing with friends/colleagues very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see improved is the search functionality. Somtimes on a mobile device it seems a little clunky. But, even then, I've never had an issue with finding what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have access to my files from any device, anywhere.
Been using for a dozen years
What do you like best about the product?
Syncs nicely and easily.
Allows adding space when needed easily instead of forcing me to go to a package I don't need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not easily alertdd on desktop when your folder is full. You have to see small icon to see it hasn't synced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily share files to others in my cire
I use it for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates into my desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI of the actual web browser version clunky and annoying to use. Buttons seem to move all the time. I prefer to use it on my mac desktop instead which is way better. Also, often times when I'm uploading a lot of files, it duplicates them into an unusable form which is annoying because then sometimes I accidentally download the glitched copy since they have the same name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use hard drives, which were clunky and annoying. I like that my files are accessible anywhere that I have an internet connection.
Dropbox is a must when working with external vendors
What do you like best about the product?
Working for a fully remote organization, we work off Google Drive internally, but when having to share documents with external partners, vendors, etc, we run into issues with those external parties being able to access certain files within our Drive. That's where Dropbox comes in to save the day for us. It's a great tool in being able to share files with external vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't really say there is anything I dislike about Dropbox! It's become a much preferable system for me sharing files with external parties when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to share the files we need to with external parties without having to allow access into our internal drives. I use Dropbox a lot for events and in sharing the files I need with vendors such as A/V.
