Dropbox is much better than Onedrive!
What do you like best about the product?
After moving all my files from OneDrive to Dropbox, I can confidently say the experience has been a significant upgrade. Dropbox feels faster, cleaner, and more reliable—especially when it comes to syncing across multiple devices. File versioning and shared folder permissions are handled with much more clarity, and the web interface is snappy and intuitive. Unlike OneDrive, which often felt bloated or inconsistent, Dropbox just works—and that kind of stability is exactly what I need for both personal and professional storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
One notable disadvantage of Dropbox is its relatively high pricing compared to competitors, especially for users who need large amounts of storage. While the performance and reliability are excellent, you often end up paying more for the same or less space than what Google Drive or OneDrive offer in their bundled plans (which often include additional services like Office or Gmail).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not experience any problems. Solved all Onedrive's problems.
Core to my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox lets me securely store and easily access all my data from several different computers and operating systems as well as tablet and phone. I can review and edit materials on the go, whenever an idea or question comest to mind. It is indispensable for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints. Simple. straightforward and secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure data access from anywhere on multiple different platforms.
Automatic backups. Unlimited customization.
What do you like best about the product?
It automatically backs up all of my photos in a way that is neater and much less invasive than Google Photos. I like my most important pictures to exist in at least two locations to ensure they are always accessible in case of a data loss. I worry more about my iCloud getting hacked than I do my dropbox account.
I also like that I can store all my important financial data and tax files in the cloud and have them heavily encrypted.
It is extremely easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the ability to encrypt and decrypt files directly in dropbox using PGP encryption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I basically use it as easy RAID storage with automatic cloud backups. I never worry about losing my data anymore.

Seamless and one of the best
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Dropbox is to implement and integrate into my workflow — I use it daily without any friction. The interface is clean, syncing is seamless, and customer support has been responsive when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free storage or flexible pricing for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of transferring files across multiple devices quickly and reliably. It ensures that even large video files retain their quality during uploads and downloads, which saves me time and avoids the hassle of compression or loss.

Cloud-based file storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is its effortless file synchronization and sharing across devices and teams. It just works—whether you're on a laptop, phone, or web browser, you can quickly access and share files without worrying about version control or emailing attachments back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Free Storage
The free plan only offers 2 GB, which fills up quickly—especially if you're syncing photos, videos, or large documents.
Sync Conflicts
When multiple users edit the same file at the same time, Dropbox can create conflicting versions, which require manual resolution.
Pricing for Business Plans
The cost can add up for teams, especially if only basic collaboration features are needed and you're not using the full scope of what Dropbox Business offers.
File Structure Confusion in Teams
Shared folders and permissions can get messy in team environments without clear organization or admin oversight.
Offline Access Setup
While available, offline access has to be manually enabled for files or folders on mobile, which can be inconvenient when you're in a hurry.

My experience with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Well, the feature that I consider the best is the ability to share the link of your file and manage the settings to that file be public, so that helps a lot when you need to someone access to a specific file and you are working together but not in the same place or office, it is really effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that only 2 GB of storage is not something worth it for everyone, it should be at least 5 GB for the free plan please.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one on having dedicated files on our computer and needed to share with someone that is not in the same network.
