Simple, Efficient, and Not Annoying

  • February 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's not in my face and it does its job well. The less I have to think about it, the better. It is user-friendly because it blends in with both Mac and Windows well. I have used other cloud drive software (Google Drive for Desktop and OneDrive from Microsof) and they're never as simple and efficient as Dropbox. Thus, I end up using Dropbox all the time for personal and work-related use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. I have a free account, of which I got 4 extra GB of storage because way back in the day I had invited other people to use it, so I have 6GB, which is all I need because most of the work I do is related with small-sized files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me work easily from whichever device I'm on. It helps by not limiting me to a certain device. It saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is the ease of moving from computer to computer or computer to device to access files. I can access all of my files from my phone if needed, scan documents with ease, and access the important files whenever, wherever. This is hands down the best cloud system and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to keep their files safe and secure, but have easy access to them when necessary, even on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with colleagues who need access to them. It's definitely a game changer for collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, reliable, and secure. You can access your files from anywhere, on any device, and share them with others in just a few clicks. The free version offers a decent amount of storage space, and the paid plans are reasonably priced. Overall, Dropbox is a solid choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free way to store and share files in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has limited storage space, which can fill up quickly if you have a lot of large files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access and share files anywhere. No need of hardware storage
