Love It
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox from almost the beginning. I have used it as a personal customer, and as a business customer. I still use it today to store all of my personal files for myself and my family. I simply love it and don't know what I would do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does everything I needed to do. Mostly in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me share large files and large amounts of data when emailing them is not possible.

Reliable syncing between my different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free space, the free 5gb is enough only for limited functionality.

Storing different types of files, it helps me access them on the go on my phone.

Save Without Worrying
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has saved me on mulitple occasions over the years! Files lost or corrupted, files on a now-dead hard drive, and more often -- keeping me from overwriting an old file thinking it's the new file and then losing the work I'd done before. Now I never have to worry about whether I have the latest work, and I'm not emailing myself multiple times and saving on multiple flash drives. Work is easier and I'm calmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I save *everything* to Dropbox, I often have to unsync folders from my computer(s) in order to free up space, especially due to media files. Then later I have to re-download a file, then remove it again when I'm done. I haven't figured out a better way to have easy access to all of my work and still have all of it safely backed up on Dropbox. If there is a better way, I simply don't know about it. But it's still easier and better than any option I've tried in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are only two choices in the dropdown menu above and I don't use either of them. I'm a sole proprietor and don't collaborate with anyone, but I do use the files on different computers...so I "collaborate" in that way. I don't know anything about using Dropbox for video editing but I'd like to!!

Sometimes files don't sync and have to be downloaded locally again

Not needing to carry around a hard drive and make multiple redundant copies of my files and manage them

What do you like best about the product?
I have access to my files everywhere. I travel all the time and this allows me to reduce what I have to carry. I like being paperless and having the ability to share files easily.

I cannot think of anything at this moment.

Digital files everywhere on every device.
Easy way to share files in studio
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way you can work sharing files you are working, and having the most recent changes, for example for design blueprints, this make our work more productive and organize since we don't have way too much files that we can get confuse about which one is the most recent one, sharing design books so easy access everywhere, really helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is how sharing folders work, would like a way (unless I miss it) that can be access by a password, lets say if you want to share something private that only that password could let you in, more than a dislike I guess is a suggestion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the main purpose it's needed having an easy way to access files everywhere, that makes me not need to carry hard drives and since I travel a lot makes me easy having all my files for work where I need them

What do you like best about the product?
It never let me down. Never ever did I get any downtime. I always recommend it as a file sharing platform to my customers.

I can't really think of a downside for a free service that is.
