Great storage resource for multiple applications
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a novelist and screenwriter, and use several different programs for writing, including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Final Draft, and Excel. I also use PC and Mac computers. Keeping my projects in Dropbox allows me to seamlessly work on a document regardless of which computer operating system I'm using. It's a godsend for travel, keeping all my work available as needed. It also serves as a backup to my hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a paid service, so I do have to watch what I save to avoid moving to higher cost tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work in one document across multiple operating systems, which allows me to work seamlessly on either a PC or a Mac.
Great online storage at affordable cost
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is my main online storage for everything I share between my devices daily. It is fast, reliable and supported on all my devices. Moreover, I can select which items I want to be available offline. Therefore I don't care much device's storage ending at the most inappropriate time.
The app is available for all my platforms and installation time is nothing. Moreover, it supports easy file sharing with other users even if they don't have a Dropbox account.

What do you dislike about the product?
The offline files are not accessible from the file system on Android devices. I know this change has been done intentionally, but sometimes I need to get them w/o running the Dropbox app.

It simplifies my life by providing all my files wherever and whenever I need them.

That I can upload any video or picture file and send it or have it accessible to a different person and not have to worry about the size of the file.

I don't like the subscription prices, that are available.

Neutral and best value for money
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Dropbox is platform neutral and hence better usable, no need to discuss with the peers about some other service provider being better or "the only right one". In addition, for me Dropbox provides the best value, by means of usability and interconnectivity, for money.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific I would really dislike, but sometimes it is indeed a bit annoying that my Mac seems to "lose" Dropbox folders in the overview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and quick, and secure, file sharing across a broader team respectively with a number of different people who work on different platforms.

Easy way to store and organize my files and also to share with other people for profesional projects or personal use

It could be faster. Sometimes it gets slow reload

I can use Dropbox for files storage and organizing everything in folders! It is good to integrate with other apps and sites. I can easily transfer big files!
Essential file sharing service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and it works well. Simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people get confused when I send a download link as the download button is hidden in the corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing USB drives and CDs, like in the old days, is no longer necessary.
Great Platform for sharing large data
What do you like best about the product?
Remote Access, it can also work offline which is very convinient when network has problems as we are working from Africa.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about it, only it requires some computer knowledge it is not very user friendly for old generations.

Having our critical data online any accessible at all times. This makes us put more efficiency in our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for years. It's as simple as having your files on your desktop,but accessible anywhere. I use it to quickly send info to specific people without worrying that unwanted people will see the file or simply be able to access my files across devices. I find it so much simpler and faster than some other cloud based items.

Not too much, maybe just size and price for creative on a budget (big files with little income)

It's a convienent way to share content across devices or to someone externally quickly.

The least helpful is the price, there is lots of cheaper alternatives out there. And even with plenty of space left on my account they still try to sell me more with aggressive banners in the app

Dropbox makes sure that we do not lose any work when a device is lost or breaks down. Simply just open a new device and all your data is there
