Dropbox is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for work and I like the ease of it and that I'm able to download documents and print as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my screen won't be able to go back to the page before that I was on and so I have to close the window out and restart it. It happens when I am deep diving into a folder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized area for information to be shared with many others is helpful in my current usage of Dropbox.

Accessability. Its easy for someone to get files w or w/out an account

sometimes its difficult to download or upload files when you aren't given proper permissions- its confusing.

It's a good place to store files cheap.
It is, for the most part, a great way to share files for personal things

Ability to share folders with certain people and the upload/download speeds

Amount of free space... I am also frankly not interested whatsoever in automated device integration or synchronization. I just want a place to upload, store and share files. That's it.

Ability to share music files between friends
I used Dropbox to receive photos from collaborators and had good experiences each time.

It's receive to share folders of photos, as well share folders or individual photos with others.

Sometimes there can be an overwhelming amount of files or sections in the home page.

Helping share collaborating information and making it easier to receive that information

What do you like best about the product?
I liked using Dropbox because I can separate different sections and when I share a section with someone they don't have access to my other sections. I used it a lot when I was collecting documents from clients for work- no one had access to someone else's stuff and I was able to keep everything highly organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage limits, though you can minimize the downside of this by subscription service for more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for remote access to anything I need for my clients so they don't have to come in office.

Dropbox syncs across all of my devices, makes it easy to find a document when needed.

Viewing thumb nails of my phone can be hard to see. Espeically if it's an image I'm trying to find.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox every day for filesharing with clients. Dropbox has a friendly user interface that makes it easy for myself and my clients to access large files of varying formats. I enjoy the fast uploads, sharing options, and features to keep files organized and streamlined. While I have not engaged with customer support, the resources available are sufficient to leverage the most of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope Dropbox does more integrations with platforms like Teams or Slack so file sharing is simultaneous and can be embedded in my everyday workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is allowing us to share large files with our clients and ensure we are maintaining compliance for confidential and secure information. I can trust Dropbox, knowing that my client's information is safe.
