Relatively easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and access. Available on multiple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time deleting older projects that were not created by me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing project drawings, documents and pictures.
I have been happily using Dropbox since it came out

I can store my files in folders and access them anywhere

There is really nothing I diskuke about Dropbox. I have no need for the new features you have added the last couple of years but that is it.

It is a place where I store all of my files.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's supported on my destop and mobile, sending a dropbox link to share files is easy as falling off a log. I also love the mobile app not only gives me access to my files anywhere, but allows me to scan receipts - have them cleaned up / straighted and details read by OCR for searching with incredible ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is higher than some other loud storage solutions. But the features make the cost worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files with clients. When I have artwork or video I need to share, email doesn't cut it - I need to share large files with many customers and dropbox is my go-to solution for htis.

What do you like best about the product?
It is now possible to tag the files with keywords and serch based on tags and locate the file dealing with the subject of the search criteria.

Flaging the files for their importance with differential colours

Sharing of files and the security of storage (I had lost my collections thrice before entiering into Dropbox).

I love how easy it is to use, the flexibility, and the improved features and benefits over the years.

Lack of end-to-end encryption for security purposes, selective syncing

Storing documents, signatures, screen capture, and more. I'm very pleased with most all current capabilities to support my business.
Best Cloud based file storage on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sets itself apart with the ability to use it's desktop integration. I love the fact that all my files are easily accessible through my computer, without having to be on the dropbox website. I also like that you can see previews of images, unlike its other main competitor, which is very frustrating for a marketing business.

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike...

Sharing content easily with clients and staff members.
Dropbox has been my "one and only" cloud storage resource for years!

Limitation on number of connected synchronized devices. A minor issue, to be sure.
