Dropbox is an excellent personal cloud file management software
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is well integrated into the basic Windows Explorer set up while remaining sufficiently segregated to avoid confusion with other directories. It is easy to use on PC or Mobile and does exactly what I want it to do without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox does not easily allow for similtaneous co author collaboration on a document, and sharing and downloading documents can be complicated.

dropbox allows me to access information that I've stored in other places to be at my fingertips at a moment's notice easily

the need to pay for extra space even though I hadn't used that much

enables the team to edit documents when they are available, so they are free to make their own schedule and work at times that are convenient for them

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox syncs across multiple devices and is one of the easiest cloud services I've seen. There are a lot of options for these services but not all are compatible with devices and systems. Dropbox is compatible with many things, but worth more in value with the paid services more than free. But the free still gives you enough to figure out if you want to buy it. For security reasons, I can't state the organization when used.

Feels like a pretty restrictive free version with the best decision-making features locked behind the subscription.

Easily and quickly transferring files based on need.

What do you like best about the product?
As a licensed Realtor, I have found Dropbox to be incredibly useful for my clients who are moving from out of the state and rely on me to be their eyes on the ground. I am able to take plenty of photos and videos of the properties they are interested in and share them through Dropbox. This tool has transformed the way I do business, and I wouldn't be able to provide the visual aides to my client without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time I have ever experienced a downside to this tool is when loading videos, which could take some time to upload, but by connecting directly to WiFi I have found this goes a lot faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the "distance" problem that I often face with clients. My out-of-state buyer clients are able to feel much more confident in their buying decisions from afar, since I am able to provide them with enough photos and videos to transport them into the properties as if they are on site.

Can easily share large files to virtually anyone

Need to pay to get more than 2gb but most services offer 10gb for free.

It allows me to share files especially ones that are larger that can't be emailed.

I use Dropbox for the clear folder structure and with generous free storage space.

It isn't easy to access the platform syncing across multiple devices like laptop, tablet etc.

It has a solid UI and organizers files and folders easily. I use it everyday at work and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails can be a little annoying to deal with. Would like less of those.

I need access to stock images. A lot of our vendors use Dropbox and that is super helpful to have something familiar to work with.
Great source for files

I love an easy way to manage downloaded files for future reference.

I don't like having to sign in each time I get onto a new device.
