Robust, Secure and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is my default cloud drive for syncing important files since it is very secure and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the offline files can't open on mobile (iOS) without internet data and the sharing of files is somewhat not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be an alternative solution for Microsoft Sharepoint since it is a collobaration tool with a lot features like eSignature Workflow and customizable team settings.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can set permission access based on the folder organization, so you only need one system to work with multiple clients while keeping their information secure and private.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are using other organizational systems internally, this would be another software to manage and use.

Dropbox is allowing us to have a secure document management system to seamlessly exchange documents between our company and our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is easier to access from any device, automatically uploaded and sync across all devices and easy to share, download and collborate with others. It is super friendly and the owner of the dropbox can easily create folders as the need arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to move tor organize the upload photos to other folders because as it copied instead of moving. When you want to delete from the camera upload (because it is now doubled), it asks whether you want to delete everywhere in the dropbox. This has caused the photos that you copied are deleted as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keyword when finding documents. The feature of recent folders is also good.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so seamless, it's so easy! Dropbox was my first cloud service, even before Google Drive. And for years it has helped me go through many tasks, including the time during my Master's degree.
My laptop broke, so I felt sooo lucky that I saved all my important data for my thesis in Dropbox. It was a life saver!

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the limitation is the low space for free members, but I honestly think that the paid service is worth it!

Backing up important documents. My laptop broke but luckily I had all my important docs on dropbox. Less worry.
Dropbox is Great for Storing Important Files
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can store important files and images and that I can send large files to individuals easily with a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan doesn't offer very much storage.

It allows me to send large content files including images to clients with just a link, when files are too large to send via email.

Sometimes there are layers of compexity. It's not always possible to send a doc as desired, e.g. sometimes only a choice to send a link is possible.

Great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like most about Dropbox is that you can share an upload link with anyone - and the upload process is so easy! This makes collaboration on projects and events seamless in order to collect photos, media, and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is so much that Dropbox can do. I think the physical layout is simple, but could be even simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of having to share a specific folder or document link with someone to collaborate. It truly is just a place to drop something in the box! This makes collaboration much easier.
