Great mobile business solution

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy access to our project files from cloud folders while on the job site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately I have been experiencing an issue with naming PDF files. When I copy a pdf file over to another sub-folder, I am forced to competely rename or shorten the name of the pdf file. This only happens with PDF documents for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allowed us to discontinue the use of a physical server and gave our consultants readily available access to specific project files. In addition, over the last few years, we have procured new mobile workstations for staff. Having Dropbox means staff can access project files quite rapidly on the new systems and allows for a smooth & quick transition over to a new workstation. Just download the app, sign in and get to work! Super easy.

I enjoy Dropbox for sharing for my business

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use dropbox to sync files between all my computers, devices, especially great for social media and easy to use. It's great for getting a backup of my files for work, it is simple. I also like that it's easy to share links for files directly on my computer and also get file requests to get uploaded onto my computer as well. It makes things very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow, and sometimes the app doesn't work as well and need to restart it. But otherwise, usually works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of syncing files across devices and sharing with others

Dropbox Could Be Better for Musicians

  • June 12, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is that it's available on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too many clicks to get to basic things like moving, copying, and sending files. The high storage tiers only being available for teams is also an unnecessary complication. I'd like to be able to increase my storage limit without having to sign up for teams--which requires usage of 3 user accounts. Just let me add on more TB as my storage needs change. I've definitely noticed some laggy perfomance when copying or moving at least 50 files at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the simple problem of needing widely accessible digital storage.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbok makes it easy to store your files and access them across all platforms. I love the ease of using it both on a desktop and phone. Plus it is excellent photo back up. Also use to sign and share contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little pricier than the other options, but worth it for the consistency of the platform over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access across platforms and devices. Contract signing. Backup.
