Great for back up and working from unexpected locations
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the obvious (cloud back up), I have unexpectedly needed to pull docs at times when I didn't have my computer or phone but was able to access them remotely because of the cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option for collaborative use is very clunky. The requirement to download/revise/upload increases the possibility of error when trying to work on a document with colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to safely store docs and pull them from any computer/device and any location.
Great Sharing Service for Files
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share files to anyone, anywhere, anytime!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more detail friendly like showing what size folders are and maybe a more user friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in Utah and our editing office is in Nebraska so transferring files between states is the best benefit (I used to mail hard drives back and forth every week)

I've been using Dropbox for many years and enjoy the reliability and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be difficulty between dropbox and recent updates to macs. I can't open all my dropbox files direct through finder, I have to make the available offline before I can open them which uses up unecessary computer storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security if my computer fails.

We use Drop Box for cloud storage and is particularly useful for file sharing

They could improve the search functionality

We store files and manage docs, it is useful to sync files across devices, it is a valuable tool for filesharing with clients and suppliers
Seamless Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using my Dropbox account for years and never had an issue, and my files were always available and easy to find on any device I connect with.
What do you dislike about the product?
More storage would be nice to have on my account

It has historic versioning which is very useful

It's easy to use and near bulletproof. I am not concerned about security or data loss with Dropbox, which is a big concern for me.

I wish there was a Dropbox app that would allow me to stream media directly from my account on a smart TV.

price, would prefer a lower tier subscription for the purpose of moving from cloud to cloud, work to home setup

Ability to share large files and folders with clients

No ability for two or more users to work on a document simultaneously. You end up with multiple "conflicted" versions.

I love being able to share with others and organize content with your team. So easy to store file!
