Access Files Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of accessing my files from anywhere whether that may be on my phone or laptop. It's all easy accessible and I don't have to worry about a file not being there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how much it cost but that's my only critique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have files all over the place. Instead they are in one centralized location.
Dropbox has allowed me to efficiently organize and share my work-related files.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Dropbox is that there's so much versatility with the platform. I can not only organize my files in a neat fashion, but also directly edit my Microsoft-based documents through the platform with ease. Furthermore, it's really easy to collaborate on documents through Dropbox, given the file and link sharing services that it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally wish that there was a single button that could directly open a document in another tab (instead of first going to "Open" and then clicking the next tab option). I feel like a shortcut that could do this efficiently would make the platform even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the problem of the confusion associated with multi-person projects. When there are over 6 or 7 people editing one document, it can be difficult to track who has editted which version. Luckily, Dropbox has resolved this issue by allowing users to independently download and edit their own versions of a document. Then, the user can just label the document with a new timestamp to indicate it's the newest version. This process is made with ease through Dropbox's user interface.

The cost is the only downside and the fact we have to pay foreign transaction fees

Backup and storage mainly of photos from my phone - saves me moving stuff off my phone all the time

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of sharing and receiving files. i love that you can sort the files into different folders. it's incredibly easy to track and find where i have stored what.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike is the aesthetic, it's very professional looking and i would like to be able to customise the look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving needing to share large files that can't be sent through messenger or email.

Ease of managing documents. Ease of retreiving

Single source of all personal and business document repositery
An essential product; can't imagine working without it.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very satisfying and intuitive. I can sync my personal files directly to Dropbox and never have to worry about them. The interface is straight-forward and all around user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the subscription plans are not that great for a singular entity (one person). It is ideal for businesses but maybe not the best for the self-employed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing my files in a safe place and not having to worry about space. My business practices tend to have large files and require steady organization so it benefits me a lot.

Recognition and Suggestions for the service
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Dropbox Paper and the user-friendliness of the app across my IOS and Windows machine. The responsiveness on my IOS phone compared to other cloud solutions is what makes dropbox the best solution for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading medium to large-sized folders does not work most times through the Dropbox website. I wish the rewind mechanism could output the rewinded files into separate folders based on their date to allow for ease of comparison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to reliably version and backup my important project files across multiple devices. This allows me to work on my design projects across several machines without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox gives me acces to my file anytime I need them. Folders are uploaded as I make changes on my pc

For now, I would say the size for free users is too small
