Easy to use, works with all my devices
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works with all of my devices. The app for both Mac and Windows is easy to use, and I can access my files on my phone and tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browsing interface on the mobile clients could be improved. It's a little too hard to browse by folder name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to always have my files up to date no matter what device I'm working on or where I am.

Can be accessed everywhere and on multiple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new feature when I open up an excel workbook it makes me take an additional step to open it in excel for the web in order to make edit. Previously I could simply open it and edit it immediately without the additional step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users can access the folders and files simultaneously. And cloud based means the information is always updated from when the last users edit.
Great Product - Need more storage
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to organzie and share! I love that it just shows up in my finder window like other files. It is great that everyone shared on the folder can modify documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little storage. Trying to use it with other teachers at school to share documents for shared classes and there is very limited storage. To pay for storage, the prices are a little steep. Would like a more affordable option to buy more storage.

It makes it very easy to share documents with other teachers I work with

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that all my phone photos automatically are uploaded without me having to do anything and that I can easily access them from my computer where I can then move them into the folders that they need to go into.
I also love the fact that even my mom is able to take photos and then upload them on her computer super easily even though she's not super Sharp when it comes to using a computer.

I am not super keen on the quality when watching a video from my phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for me to share files with other parts of my team as soon as I get home and they can access them later that same day instead of me physically having to go to them with an SD card or USB
Wouldn't want to run my business without Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can work on my work computer and then go home and continue the same work. Both computers have the same files on them. I use Dropbox daily and have done so for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like it to be cheaper for my business.

I do not need to use a USB to transfer files from work to home.
Easy to use and seamless integration
What do you like best about the product?
The plugins for mac and my browsers make it super easy to sync no matter which of my devices I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum free space is good for a while, but it'd be great to have a slightly higher free limit before needing to subscribe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about my files. I've had computers damaged or stolen and because I set up Dropbox, it all came back immediately.

Easy way to share files and large documents
Stable and trustworthy - one of the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very stable and trustworthy. It's fast and reliable when working with files and it almost always sync swiftly. It's definitely one of the better services for online file storage and sharing. A bonus is the many features, like Dropbox Papers etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather expensive, compared to the competiton. Not the best value compared to the growing competiton, although Dropbox compensates for this with new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the job done much faster between devices and in teams.
Conveniently share large files with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an affordable way to share large files with clients. I sometimes have presentations that include customer video. These files can become massive, and so I use Dropbox instead of my local c: drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any negatives at this time. It does what is says it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is impossible to email all the presentations and large video files I can create for my clients. This is where Dropbox comes in. It's really easy to provide a client with edit access.
Syncing files made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes syncing of files from multiple device very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is almost perfect aside from the limited free storage for free users.

It helps us for file sharing and storing needed files for operations.
