What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and fun to use and very friendly. This has been the best thing I have used and incorporated to my business

Everything is good. I really have no concerns over dislikes as of now and it's so user friendly

Really not solving any problems but definitely very useful in organizing of my file and simply put helps to maintain the day to day
Dropbox, it just works.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used it for long-term file storage for many years. Unlike OneDrive, it doesn't throw a bunch of errors related to incompatible names for code files. Easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewer people use it in my circles—less institutional support. Website can be difficult to use when I'm less certain of what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files; Maintaining replication filesets; Long-term personal storage.

I find the cloud vs local sometimes confusing.

It does what it's asked, without drama or disruption.

I honestly can't think of any. Maybe they gave us too much cloud space, and now we're wedded to them for life, because we'll never again have a big enough computer to fit it all?

Mostly just backup, archiving, and sharing files with my wife (and business partner).

Great quality for any upload, easy to use. We use it in office frequenlty.

No downsides of it! I would highly recommend.

Easy way to transfer any videos and can easily be used in office.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it syncs quickly accross everyone's account. I find that having mobile access helps when traveling for work becuase I can easily access documents I need quickly on my phone. I also really like how easy it is to use and how it works well with our Windows operating system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get annoyed by the syncing issues with MS Office. It's only happened a couple times, and when it does I have to restart dropbox and that usually fixes the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps keep my company connected when working remote and at different times.
Backup I can trust
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox across all my devices––desktop, tablet, mobile. I especially like the sync feature to make sure all my local files are backed up without having to think twice about it. This has saved me in many a hard drive crash situation!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a historian of images who collects a LOT of image files, it's not the best interface for sorting through images, compared to Google Photos or archive management software like Tropy, but it's great as an additional backup.

Cross-device cloud storage without taking up too much local space.

Ability to autoupload pictures from my phone to my dropbox.

Can be clunky to navigate between folders.

dropbox creates a space to share files with others in a professional manner and gives me a dedicated place to keep it organized.

I pay a decent price to save all my photography, videography, and important documents.

I might run out of storage and have to upgrade.
