User friendly and updates to promote efficiencies

  • February 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly. I would not consider myself "tech saavy" but dropbox is easy to navigate and has helpful FAQs and helpful customer support. It works extremely well with my small business. It is easy to collaborate on projects with persons outside of my organization. We have four users that use it every single day for the last 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It slows down if I am uploading a lot of content at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access my content from any location on my phone or computer and can EASILY share with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having a professional way to share large photo files with my publisher and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually find Dropbox pretty straightforward. Some clients are unfamiliar with it, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a photographer and author, I often work remotely with others and need to share giles that are far too large for email.

The main thing is it allows me to have me files on both my Mac and my PC easily synchronised.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a loyal user of Dropbox for over 15 years now. I was immediately impressed by it, so much so that I proceeded to recommend it to all my family and friends a few days after I started using it it's how I managed to get quite a bit of free space in those early days when dropbox ran a referral program that awarded you 500 MB of storage for every referred friend who signed up. Ever since I signed up to Dropbox, pen drives became a thing of the past pretty quickly for me and I've never looked back since then.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I quite like everything that it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having cloud storage to hold all my files and documents and which I can access from any of my devices is a godsend. No need to worry about pen drives anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
I like sharing folders, files, and keeping files for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see if the files were viewed and by who like the metadata shown by Linktr.ee services , Meta Platforms or Spotify

The best file sharing and cloud storage for so many reasons

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and design. It always feels intuitive. The visual interface and the way that it seamlessly integrates with Finder. The search function is fantastic too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey for a team subscription. And sometimes troubleshooting an error feels impossible. Some of the features feel like overkill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although I use Google for our agency, Dropbox has still been a fantastic solution. Right now, in my downgraded subscription, I'm using it mostly to fill in the gaps between Google, iCloud and sharing files in general.
