Great for Scrivener
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use. Perfect for making sure drafts are safe even if your machine is lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the interface was more asthetic. Better dashboard maybe.

Sharing/preserving documents.
Dropbox is great but wish it gave more free storage!
What do you like best about the product?
It's integrated into all my devices and automatically synched. This is critical for me as I use different devices for various functions but always sharing the same documents, photos and other files across them. It also is able to read many different file types which is convenient and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is quite limited in storage capacity so you'll need to upgrade for anything worthwhile. It's good enough for basic usage though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files across various devices and platforms. Quick and easy access.

Drop box is place to save sensitive information.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is the abilty to access my documents from any device. As an event planner and consultant with several different clients, it is great to place everything in one storage spot. With that, it is easy to share folders with those that need access while keeping the remaining items private. It is easy to connect to my computer to use as you would the standard file system and know that it is still showing the live documents without constant downloads. I use Dropbox every day both on my computer and iPad. Would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I struggle with Dropbox (which might be a feature I just haven't discovered yet) is the ability to scan in documents. I also use One Drive with one of my clients and that has been very beneficial to scan documents in that I can then edit if needed with my phone. I wish that feature would be easier to utilize and/or find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to utilize live documents from multiple devices and with a multitude of people. This is extremely beneficial given that I am always on the move and across multiple different devices and with multiple different people.

Very easy to implement and use. Use frequently. Use features variably. Integrates well into my workflow.

Customer support has been mixed. Have had issues at times with downloading.

Have used for collaborating on projects. Sometimes issues with version control.

Simple to use, plenty of implementations and integrations and giving me exactly what I need. I use it on a daily basis, and to be honest, I never had any issue to contact customer support .

I really can't find anything that I dislake in the service of Dropbox. Probably that is the reason that I am using it for many years...

Having reliable cloud file service is a huge benefit for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access and use, whether from a PC or Mac. There's also a microsoft word plug-in that's allows you to share the document or copy a link to the dropbox location.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to autosave in microsoft word.
