Great Product, Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for sending several large video files to other countries for editing. I have found that Dropbox has been the easiest and most reliable for this task. At one point I accidentally purchased the wrong plan for the wrong account and I was able to get a full refund without any headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to find how much storage folders take up. Sometimes I find what I am looking for and sometimes it doesn't tell me and important information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending large files quickly and reliably- faster than mail or in person transfers.

It's super easy to use, great price points, simple sharing and features

The UI could be a little bit easier to navigate, maybe a different colors mode

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send a document to co-workers and parents for a signature and it provides an exact spot for them to sign on. It is easy for me to see who has and has not signed and then can quickly upload the document where I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike at this time is when people do not use Dropbox and I still need paper copies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to collect signatures on important paper work quickly without having to go to people in person.
Best Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Veey fast in direct downloads and shares

Can't run HTML files from it directly like servers , unlike mp3 and video files

Easily sharing files with direct download and viewing except HTML files
This is a great tool to use for files. There's nothing like dropbox

I like that I can upload as many files as possible and share the folder with another user without having to download and send to an email.

Downside of dropbox is it may be overpriced.

Sending large files. Dropbox helps with that.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and always available. Never had any issues finding any documents or syncing between work/home office equipment. I use it frequently

A lot of personal docs online are a little worriesome, but i have never had any issues with dropbox

Ease of access for multiple employees. Private and public documents make it easy to be selective on who views what.

I could not delete o9r adjust email adress of visitors if their function changed

Efficient and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can upload large file for transmission and not fear that it would result in failure. I also love the option to share my folder with clients. This gives me a peace of mind in finding the documents uploaded to the correct folder. Uploading files to each specific folder is as easy as "drag and drop'. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not discoveried anything at this moment that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a busy day as an assistant I need things to work and secure and fast transportation of documents effectively. Drop box helps me with this every day. I can guarantee that omce I hit the send button, my documents are delivered in full to the recipient. It's one less thing for me to worry about.
