Reliable, easy to use file-sharing service
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to install on Windows and Mac. Any issues were usually able to be resolved with the help of their online help center. I only needed basic features (folder/file sharing with collaborators and version control) but they worked reliably in daily use. The Dropbox folder was easy to access through the widget and nicely integrated with the file explorer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were occasional issues with syncing files, particularly files edited by collaborators or of a large size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to share large files (e.g. data sets) and related documentation that would be impractical to collaborate on via email or physical media.

What do you like best about the product?
Every feature is exactly what you would expect it to work, top notch execution aligning with what the user experience they watn to deliver. Changes you make on one computer would be ready for you on another computer magically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage provided for the free tier can be a bit more generous.

file synchronization over the cloud, between multiple desktop, belonging to the same or multiple users

Convenience. I can integrate it with a few apps and upload files from the apps within just a few clicks.

Nothing I can think of. Good product overall.

Uploading files in real time. I like backing up files, and the product makes it easy to do so.

Dropbox business plan good for businesses of all shapes and sizes. It's slightly expensive when compared to some alternatives.

Useful and low-friction way to backup and access files from work and home, and to share files

I can keep all my work files on it and access them anywhere with an internet connection.

It used to be easy to switch between my separate accounts for work and personal use. Now it is a roadbump. They moved the easy switching to a higher cost feature.

Working remotely and having access to all the files I need all the time.
Dropbox is the most consistent cloud document service I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how consistent Dropbox is across devices. I never have issues with syncing and my documents are always available when I need them. It is super user friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the website was faster and easier to use, but that's getting nitpicky on a good service.

Dropbox allows me to use the service across a multitude of devices which makes it easier for me to get work done.

I love that it auto-adds my pictures when it sees my new ones

It is a bit cumbersome at times to navigate past years pics.
