What do you like best about the product?
even I forget to archive my crucial documents, Dropbox never forget them to syncs
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes (I guess based on the size of files) sync process takes to long time. and it cause speed-decrease in my computer

What do you like best about the product?
Works great across all platforms and team members. The app and OS experience is very seamless for everyone and fast. I've never had reliability issues or had a clunky experience using it no matter what platform I'm on.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using dropbox's apps and sorting by date modified, it puts all the folders at the bottom. This is opposite of every other folder structure on every other platform and it really makes navigating the apps annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our stuff in the cloud so it's always accessible and safe from loss. We know we can rely on it working and being there, especially with the file history feature.
Useful, quick, and easy-to-use interface has made it easy to collaborate.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy-to-use, was not hard to learn, has many useful features, and is not difficult to integrate into my cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox new update I wasn't a huge fan of in terms of the user interface compared to the old interface. I found the old interface more simple and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to collaborate with colleagues that are in different parts of the country in an easy, streamlined manner.

I won;t say dislike but I don't like sharing a link to other people when sharing a document from Dropbox as that person may not have a dropbox account.

It provides instant access to my key data across devices. Also, being stored in the cloud, I feel safe about my data

The storage offered in the base plan is quite less and there are no intermediate storage options which can be proced lower

Dropbox is helping me keep my important files and documents available to me all the times.

I don't have to worry about losing my computer and can retrieve previous versions of all my files.

Dropbox is expensive for me. I wish you could make it cheaper.

Don't need to move files between my devices. Don´t need to back them up so often,

This is an easy application to use. I have used Dropbox for years. I love how easy it is sync the files I need into Dropbox and then I can access it from one of my other computers.
I have the desktop app, which used to download every file into the local computer and therefore it was filling up my computer pretty fast. Now it seems to have fixed that issue, so it's much better than before.
I use it all the time, mostly for photo's and scripts I'm working on.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way to list all of the file that are in my account. I control a 3TB account for a company and I don't sync that account locally. I need to clean some of the files out that are aged files, and we don't need any more. There is no way without going into every directory, to identify what the aged files are. I don't like that there is no way, that I have found, for me to easily identify files older than 9 months, so that I can delete them.
I do not like that all of my Dropbox sync cannot be directed to go to external NAS directories, and I don't have control where the dropbox is saved locally, but I have not found where or how that can be done. This is using the Dropbox Linux desktop sync application.

We have several hundred websites that we keep backups for as well as customer files for those websites. Dropbox allows us to keep 9 months worth of weekly updates saved reliably.
Personally it allows me to keep the thousands of personal files that I use so that I can review them on other computers.

Great performing cloud storage and data management program?
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily access all my documents from any device anywhere I go. I honestly couldn't live without this ability. Dropbox has been fast, and as far as I know secure for the 5+ years I've been using it. Would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super happy about the change to a cost structure from being free, but I can understand the need to monetize the product and it's a good value for the money.

I need to be able to quickly access files, documents, and pictures across multiple platforms . While there are now many products that purport to allow me to do this, Dropbox has been with me the longest and I trust them to keep my data safe.
Love the growth and changes that Dropbox has done over the years to improve their product!

The ability to access it everywhere! I can keep the original style of the files without having to convert them
