Straightforward and Reliable—A Breeze to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward to use and reliable. The sync process is also realizable.

It is quite pricey compared to other comparable product.

Ample Storage and Easy Sharing, But Needs a More Prominent Download Button

I appreciate there i a loto of storage space.
Actually, I din´t hit the limits, yet.
It is very common solution for big files sharing, so there is not issue to offer thsi way for someone on other side if the world.

Please, make a big DOWNLOAD button directly at the folder view.
On daily basis we share a big files with unsupported formats (which is completely OK), but I have to to one by one and click the download side menu.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is worldwide solution, anyone can use it. It helps a lot across our clients, brands and colleagues in other located offices.
Super Reliable and Easy, But Rising Costs Are a Concern
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and VERY reliable when it comes to accessing files accross various devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Fees are becoming a concern. With options from Microsoft etc. I may have to reconsider

As I work 50 / 50 home and away. having immediate access to files I am working on is a major plus.
Dropbox Enhances Organization but Needs Real-Time Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years, primarily for personal and business storage. The ability to choose which files I save on the local drive of my device has been incredibly helpful, especially since it allows me to seamlessly switch back and forth between a laptop and a desktop without needing to have all files physically stored on both devices. The presence of the file system on my drive is also beneficial. I really appreciate how Dropbox integrates with software like Microsoft Word and Apple Pages, making it easier to access and manage my files directly through Dropbox. The cloud-based organization is very efficient for me, and I love that I can share links with people effortlessly, which makes the whole system incredibly useful. These features provide me with an excellent level of accessibility and functionality, making Dropbox a highly beneficial tool for both my personal and business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup process of Dropbox challenging because there was no option to save files only on the cloud. When switching between devices, Dropbox was difficult to load due to the large number of files bogging down the system. Additionally, editing files simultaneously on different devices isn't seamless, unlike in Google Drive, where real-time updates occur automatically. Dropbox lacks this feature, which leads to difficulties in maintaining consistent file versions across devices.

What I like best about Dropbox is how fast, smooth, and reliable it is for syncing files across all my devices. The free storage is really small and you'll hit limits fast unless you upgrade.

It provides cloud backup and version history so if I accidentally overwrite or delete something, I can recover an earlier versio

Dropbox was initially my only solution before alternatives like Google Drive were accessible. Additionally, Dropbox offers limitless storage capacity, which is a key factor for me in considering future use. I find that the sharing capabilities in Dropbox are not as streamlined as I would like. The process to share files often requires multiple steps, such as clicking on an icon, highlighting the hyperlink, and then clicking share. This feels outdated compared to more streamlined features that allow a single tap to share or save directly to my desktop or inbox. It can be cumbersome and inefficient, especially when I need to quickly share or save files.

I find Dropbox solves my storage problems by allowing me to store memorabilia and important documents without server limits, offering seamless file management and easy folder organization.
User-Friendly with a Handy Free Version, But Limited Space
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and has a free version for people to try it out and see it meet their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has limited space and the upgrades are expensive for small businesses starting out.

Dropbox allows me to share information and forms with clients that is more secure and still user friendly for people that do not use file sharing.

Sometimes OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive have weird sharing problems. Dropbox seems not to.

I like the way it organizes a large volume of files and also the search function

i don't have a sense of capacity and it feels like i would randomly get notifications that my dropbox is full, yet i can still access some files so that is a bit confusing

Interface of the dropbox is good, the drag and drop is useful. However, the interface can be further improved.
