Reliable storage, easy to access
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to save and retrieve files from any of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything negative.

Being able to access files and documents anytime and anywhere.

It is consistent, fast, and reliable. I love the option to recover past versions of my files (up to a certain period, naturally).

I really can't think of anything that I dislike.

Using files among multiple computers in different locations.

I like the integration with Google and Microsoft.

When using Microsoft online it still generates conflict copies.

Good cloud storage option
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it offline or when over the storage limit is very useful. It does not decline saved files like some competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small free storage plan, but has good ways to increase that.

Best Performance for the Price
What do you like best about the product?
As a teacher, Dropbox allows me to save and share all of my handouts with ease. In addition, the version history features allow me to keep track of changes and even restore versions or files that may have been accidentally deleted. It also syncs way more quickly than other cloud services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little pricey for all of the space and features. However , I have tried cheaper cloud storage programs and I have found they just don't offer the same user friendly efficiency and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach college English in various modes. Every semester they wipe our course content from the learning management system, so I would lose videos and handouts if I didn't back them up quick enough. With Dropbox, I can store everything in one service and just share the links as needed. In addition, videos are bulky and hard to upload and share on other platforms so Dropbox really helps with that as well.
Great backup, file-sharing, and collaboration for soloists.
What do you like best about the product?
Accessing all my files from my phone comes in handy more than I'd ever imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mac app is a little sluggish and bloated, and has some annoying marketing promotions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to all my files without any concerns about syncing and version control. The sync feature will update the version on my hard drive when I update files elsewhere. Also makes file-sharing easy with a Gmail widget to share links.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and app, The ease of use and getting familiar is really great. Online storage and collaboration capabilities are what made me subscribe to this.

Costing is little high in comparison to other similar solutions. But additional cost is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been looking for a solution to store the files online and also collaborating with other team members and we found dropbox quite useful. Mobiles apps was another factor that we were considering.
