Love the growth and changes that Dropbox has done over the years to improve their product!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access it everywhere! I can keep the original style of the files without having to convert them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble saving documents on different computers and accessing the most recent one

Allows me to access previous files from different jobs and schools. Also allows me to save space on my hard drives

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to share files of any kind to anyone. When the file is too big to attach to an email, adding a link to your Dropbox file is the simplest way to share the file! We use it to share and collaborate on projects and able to change content amongst your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox can be a little pricey but if you have large files and need a simple way to give access to team members, it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to share documents and files without setting up our own server. I didn't want to have an IT team configure and support a platform like this as we are a small business. We don't have an IT budget.
Great Concept
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is that I'm allowed to save and share important tax documents, confirmation payments and PDF files with my team. If they need to find out if any payment was made or document that was submitted, they can log into Dropbox and find what I saved there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a fee if I want more storage space. Every cost adds up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is any question if I submitted any payment or document, my boss can find my proof payment. Dropbox is my proof of what I filed online

Fluid use through all my devices, always loads quickly and is never a problem

It's pretty expensive, which isn't great. But we make it work

The password protection on phones. Easy to use across devices. The option to not download all files

The password protection isn't available on all devices. A lot of sync issues

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox can handle multiple file formats as well as large file sizes. I've had unrelated projects that needed file transfers & Dropbox was the lynchpin for both.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more on other users but some people have a difficult time with the UI & learning how to send & receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending large files & folder groups to different clients. I like it as an Alternative to WeTranfer, especially since it's more of a household name.

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep my files online. This saves physical memories and I am not afraid of loosing my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, we can not edit tex files together at the same time. This feature of overleaf is important in scientific collaboration, but dropbox does not allow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't completely understand your question. But I think dropbox is helping keeping data online and I benifit from this feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Google for a lot of things related to work, but Google Drive just isn't very user friendly. Dropbox has made things easy for me to store and retrieve important documents and pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a little too many added features to Dropbox that clutters the UI, and I don't even use any of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for the members of my band to collaborate on recording projects. My work staff can also access important documents.

Having all my files in one place makes it easy to find what I need.

I used to be able to scan my files to Dropbox on Scan Snap scanner but isn't working now.
