What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can save documents and send them out to all that need to see them instead of individually sending documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy for our staff to use in the office or on their phone in the field. We use it all day every day. It integrates well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried to switch to a business plan from multiple individual plans and it was a disaster... we are back to multiple individual plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have staff all over the world. It makes it as though we are in the same room.
Dropbox is a secure, well organized and reliable cloud storage solution- been using for 15 years!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the development team always seems to be coming up with new features, that it is compatible with Mac, Windows, Apps, and that everyone seems to be familiar & comfortable with it. Its great for both personal uses and power users like me. I've been very happy for it, especially how it syncs so when my computers die I can still access all the files. Very easy to use and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is a little pricey, but I am willing to pay for that level of security and knowledge that all my files are shareable & located in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its really great for sharing files and also having a backup of files.
It's easy to use, it's a life saver when it comes to backup or file sharing.

I like how easy it is to use Dropbox - both online or local to your computer
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I run out of space on the Dropbox, I don't get notified about it. Also, if someone adds a file - I don't always know about the changes to my folders without them notifying me... With the sea of notifications we live in (which is quite annying) it's easy to miss the REAL important notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A - backup of specific files (or folders) that I need to make sure I safe.
B - accessability to MY files across MY devices or even other people's devices.
C - shareability of files - easy and fast.

I have no issues or dislikes! Never had problems accessing my information.

Being able to access all my client and office files from anywhere. Home, travel, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to take photos, create files all in one place . I'm able to share files with family and to do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes and have never had a problem.

I use Dropbox to send files and keep track of finances with family.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can share with my clients the final artworks without using wetransfer, and that I can keep safe all my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I share a folder the person who is not in dropbox can't add files into it. So they just add it to google drive. And I have to use two apps on my laptop, that leads to double capacity usage . Other thing I dislike using Dropbox is that I can't use two accounts at once, I have my own account and then I have my work related account which is not mine to share lots of files. So I can't back up my files and work related files into my personal account.

I haven't notice something new that is benefiting me

What do you like best about the product?
Photo storage is automatic and reliable + very easy to integrate across multiple devices and platforms. Android phone, Macbook, iPads, and more - all regularly upload files as instructed and alert me if uploads are paused for any reason. I've lost devices with thousands of priceless photos and files, but Dropbox always has my back. Search feature is super powerful and better than any other file storage I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to organize files (photos and videos) due to images loading slowly or files moving slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to share and comment on files with a large group. Quick sharing and good notifications.
Easy to use application
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to transfer documents and share with coworkers quickly. Implementation was quick and easy, we haven't had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any issues while using the program. The application runs smoothly and efficiently for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transfer STL files from our scanner to our computer connected to our 3D printer - it eliminates having to email the files or add to a USB file. It's very quick and easy.
