A helpful organizer
What do you like best about the product?
The desktop app makes it easy to manage files on my computer

Desktop app search could be better. Seems like an afterthought

What do you like best about the product?
I just love that you can share a file without sending an email to someone else at work. It makes things easier and you know that the file you're uploading is safe with dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors wherein the file that we uploaded is showing up as needed. The person who uploaded it is showing that it's there and the other person who wants to access it can't see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of accessing the file without the need of going through emails to look for specific file.

What do you like best about the product?
i am user of cloud services of drop box for several years . i must say it has transformed the way i access my files with latest tech and user friendly interface, its seamless synchronization across devices is relaxing

free storage is minor disappointment, i recommend to inrease its free storage

it has revolutionized the way I store, access, and share my files. Its seamless synchronization across devices, robust security measures, generous storage capacity, advanced file organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like its simplicity and effectiveness, providing an excellent cloud facility for the user. I like its connection with many other application which makes its usage covering wide range of applications

- Changing the yearly subscription to more than expected putting users in disturbing position, either to accept or lose substential amount of data.
- There is no reasonble steps between subscriptions amounts, either very expensive or good value but with very limited features. Something in the middle will be more suitable

Building up a document control systems for all my projects, storing and classifying files for easy access on all my devices

Unlike other cloud services, it loads data easily and usually faster .

Free storage is lower than most competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
It just bloody works.... what else do you want me to say? The app works just as well as the desktop/web version and the interface makes sense to me. Also, when it says it's going to download the folder, it doesn't do any nonsense "zipping" crap that Google Drive gives me.

It costs money duh! I wish it was cheaper, but honestly, I'm stuck in...
I wish we could have some variation of versioning like you do in Github, but I understand, it's a different product.

Availability, easy to integrate, lots of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. When I send the link to my document to simeone who doesn't have the app installed, they can't open the link without installing the app, or at least they think so. It always takes my time to explain that there is the option to just open the document by the link.
2. I don't really need 2 Tb, I'd prefer to pay less for less space. I think it may attract more customers. And also there're other storages on the market with the same amount for less money, I'm thinking about it.

Crosd devices access.
Never had an issue, very easy to use.

In over 8 years of being in business I can't remember a single time that the site didn't work or my clients couldn't access a file I sent them.

I have no complaints- it has always worked for me.
