Ease of use across several devices
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Dropbox is its seemingly use across several devices, as well as the 1-month recovery period of accidentally deleted files.

The price of Dropbox could be a bit cheaper.

The need to access data and files from various devices.
It benefits me as it facilitates reaching documents, edit and contribute to them.

Ability to access files across numerous platforms

Price is steep comsidering numerous other options available

Ability to work on a single file accross multiple users and/ot platforms

You never have to worry about accessing your files on any device at any time.

I have not found a problem with it that I can say. It works pretty seamlessly for me.

I can easily share files with my clients and keep them in separate folders

It is very easy to drop files into folders and then pick them up on another machine in another location.

Although it is great for transferring files between my own machines it is a little less easy to transfer them to other people.

Dropbox is a great storage option and easy for multiple users to access. I’m very happy with Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using it for many years, my only issue is that somehow I acquired 2 Dropbox’s with the same email address and the one is on a basic free plan. I keep getting emails saying I’ve reached my storage limit, when contacting Dropbox they wouldn’t delete it, they said I had to do it but I’m too nervous I'd deleted the wrong one so this is a bit of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and it benefits me not having huge files on my device as well as having access to all my files across all my devices at anytime.

I've recently experienced some glitches which meant Dropbox suddenly stopped working on my laptop. It's my main filing system so this was frustrating

Best app for Sync and Back up!
What do you like best about the product?
No fuss solution for instantly syncing and back up of my files across all my devices. The mobile apps are really useful to access my files on the go. I can even go back in time and restore previous versions. Folder sharing is also an feature I use. I've been using Dropbox for more than 5 years now and turned from a free user to paying user in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it slows down the system and the file explorer actions like renaming the files.
