The most convenient and reliable cloud storage on the market
What do you like best about the product?
With dropbox I can access my files on all my different systems. I often need for work offline and I am very happy with dropbox's seamless synchronization and I never have to think about merging versions from different sites. I also l like the ability to have all my files downloaded on certain critical computers, while I can just have cloud access through my phone or just log in through the browser, should I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
This feels strange to say but I can honestly not think about anything I dislike about dropbox. All systems have their quirks, but dropbox's UI and organization just works very well with my way of thinking and doing things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share files temporarily and set limits is the most helpful feature to me when collaborating. Sharing files with colleages is easy as we're all on the platform. But sending files for review to customers or people outside the organization works very well and with sensitive data it is easy to have various level of security and time duration.

Very practical. Mobile app simple to use and desktop app shows as any folder.

Space!

The seamless experience on desktop and mobile makes it a great choice for online file storage. I love the amazing UI and application flow. Performance and scalability are excellent.

Nothing, I just love it and there is nothing to dislike.

Need for seamless file and content sharing with the people across the different devices.

I like that it is very easy to share links to other colleagues, unlike other online platforms that require too much authentication.

Limited space. I would love to have more space but i am short of funds.

Frequent upsell emails and notifications to upgrade to a higher plan. It's irritating.

Dropbox allows me to backup and save all documents and files in a single cloud storage and access them whenever needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ost difference between the packages varies significantly. It would be good to have an intermidiate package. That way you can have more volumes of subscribers because of affordability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of having information in one place. Sharing of files with clients and colleagues. Cloud storage of information.

Dropbox is a wonderful app and website to transfer or send files to people who need them. No other company does it quite like Dropbox, and it's super easy to use
