I use Dropbox to sync files daily between 7 Laptops for more than 10 years, not had an problem once. Make life so easy for me

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's seamless integration with Mail, Office Suits, and other useful applications is indeed quite superb.
Dropbox app is quite lite and it has an ability to run on low speed and bandwidth networks on mobile as well as on desktop/laptop computers.
Both the mobile as well as computer versions are quite simple, fast, easy to use , and install-configure.
Customer support is rarely needed.
I strongly recommend using Dropbox for daily and regularly usage.

Collaborative document sharing and editing is beneficial to us.
Dropbox makes work a piece of cake!
What do you like best about the product?
Always having your work and important files backed up to the cloud is of HUGE importance. Dropbox makes working in multiple places or with multiple people a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish Dropbox could actually do my work for me. :D But, seriously, a useful feature would be a way to detect duplicate files so as to cut down on total storage, leaving more room for additional files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of storing files and always being able to access them no matter where I am.
I use it everyday - helps me a lot with sharing results quickly!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to take screenshots and then share them both via a link or as an attachment which is a huge advantage. Plus, the free storage really helps as well! Customer support is really good as well and I use it almost every day!

Sometimes there is a glitch in the sync which signs me out and I can sign back in after a few hours.

Much more easier to use vs other offerings for cloud storage. Sufficient storage space and folder uses is easy. Easy to integrate with other Apps adn have good customer support.

So far, I've had a smooth experience with it and thus nothing that I dislike.

I think the platform to share with friends or colleagues makes it more friendly and easy to use.
