What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing was steep, I had better cost per Tb with other vendors using family plans.
The web interface in case you where to managed your files via Web-browser was often slow and unresponsive. Although very rich, things like adding tags ended up being a chore as I had to do it on a per picture basis.
Downloading my files took longer then other cloud storage providers.

The best thing about Dropbox is that it's cross compatible with Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux. I can use it everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Dropbox has more to do with my clients than Dropbox itself, but it's when sharing large files with clients, they almost never remove them without me having to pester them about it so I can reclaim the space. I guess it would be nice if files shared with others wouldn't count against both my space limitations and theirs.

Simple and fast way to share files with clients and also have them handy on multiple devices. For instance, I'll print to pdf for receipts and movie tickets so they're in my phone on the go.
