Super Easy to Navigate and Add Documents in Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to navigate through the app and add documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues with Dropbox as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep all of my documents in one place, secure, and accessible only to the people who are authorized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Dropbox, and it really helps with sharing files both inside and outside of the office. I also appreciate that there's no need for hard copies when using Dropbox, making it a convenient tool for my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the speed of use in Dropbox could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes sharing files easy and eliminates the need for hard copies, which is handy for sharing both in and outside of the office.
Great Backups and Security, but Storage Costs Add Up

I like the automatic backups, the security, the electronic signature features
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of more storage. The free 2 GB is minimal.

Not all software that is used daily in office syncs with DropBox.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how seamlessly it keeps all my files organized and accessible across devices. It’s reliable, easy to use, and makes collaboration straightforward, especially when working with shared folders and large documents
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Dropbox is that some advanced features feel scattered across different menus, which can make certain tasks less intuitive. Occasionally, syncing can also be slower than expected when working with large files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me centralize and synchronize all my files across devices, which eliminates the risk of version conflicts and lost documents. It also simplifies collaboration by allowing me to share large files and work with others in real time. Overall, it streamlines my workflow and saves time by keeping everything organized and accessible.
Easy, Trusted File Sharing with Dropbox’s Strong Brand Reputation
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to download files without logging in, band reputation (when it comes to file transfers/storage bigger brands allow us to prevent security worries from clients, when this is done through drop box, clients have higher trust due to the brand reputation)
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, it seems like DropBox is trying to lock clients into logging in and it causes friction as often times those clients will be on a free account with limited storage and they receive error codes indicating they've exceed their storage limit or cannot download items due to the free plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File transfer between clients mostly, storage and project management, and coordination with freelancers
User-Friendly File Sharing Across Devices, but Storage Fills Up Fast
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user friendly and I like that it keeps all my files in place. It’s easy and quick to share the files with others too and all files are easily accessible from both tablet, laptop and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage easily filles up and from what I know there is no simple way to do a quick clean on duplicates for example to free up space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files easily and quick with nearly anyone (free or paid user) is very key for me. Also that it is easy to access from any device.
Easy File Storage and a reliable backup
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and a great way to store important files. I used to rely on device storage a lot until I discovered dropbox whilst doing my masters thesis in 2013
What do you dislike about the product?
well like most apps i have to pay for additional storage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
serves as a back up and I can share files with other team members and revoke access as and when needed. it has also been a great tool when I had to onboard colleagues remotely and share sensitive files
