Lots of great points
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it's easy to post a link and allow non-users to submit their work. I like that I can preset folders, each with a different link, and the files are already organized for me. This allows my nonprofit publisher to accept submissions for multiple things at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Dropbox stopped including an email address with each submission. It forced us to require an email address in each submission file, which few people pay attention to. We have to reject submissions if we can't contact the author.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, if I'm honest. It's just a third submission method for us. I suppose Dropbox's drag-and-drop method is easier for some people than sending an email.
it’s a great 👍 cloud ☁️ space / storage provider
What do you like best about the product?
im a music 🎵 artist 🎤 🎵 👨🎤 so this is the storage i utilize to share my music 🎵 and work with other artists and to access anywhere at anytime ... or video 🎞️ production ...
What do you dislike about the product?
it could be better if it detects the audio and analyzes the file and does not have blips and skips ... sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes me have the ease of utilizing my work from anywhere without having to take equipment and be able to share big files with other collaborators.
Dropbox is best for my writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox's support of programs like Scrivener I feel my writing is safe and secure. It's pretty easy to use and like Google, it installs easily right on the computer. This is why it's so valuable for Scrivener.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pit pricy for my liking. For instance, Apple One and Google are both cheaper. If the price was better, I'd probably upgrade and use it a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the only cloud solution that Scrivener supports. Therefore, it's easy for me to write anywhere.
1 TB account - family of 4
What do you like best about the product?
all people in the family using "camera upload" - extremely simple and an easy way to make sure camera photos are always backed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tendancy to get lot of duplicate files when backing up from both mobile and computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to perform manual back ups from phones.
Dropbox review
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all of my photos and videos in one spot and having them backed up I like being able to access them from anywhere computer, my iPad, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that my items don't sort based off of date they told me to rename them and they were based off the name but even then doesn't work and my photos for my jobs all out of order so I can't see my progression and start to finish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None
Love it
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been an excellent solution to our small businesses data storage needs. I love its integration with the mac an windows file system and this is the primary reason I chose it over using google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that dropbox would update send and track a bit. It is a great tool but could
use some polishing up to be a true secure document manager, some features I would like to see added were draft management where I can create and send documents then add new version to be sent out again without it showing up as completely separate links. Also each document should be able to have more than one link so that you can more easily track who is accessing the document. The system should be more centered around the Document and not the link, if you have used it you understand what I mean.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox fills a gap that iCloud, OneDrive and Google Drive don't. It allows for cross system implementation and native file management system use. Where iCloud and OneDrive both work wonderfully when they are used on the devices they are native to they are clunky and annoying when trying to share with users who may have a different system. GoogleDrive circumvents this issue by being a purely web based service but that doesn't make for a simple user experience. You can use every app on your device as if you would if you were saving it to the hard drive but it saves to Dropbox.
Dropbox for Researcher
What do you like best about the product?
I liked several aspects of Dropbox. I want to mention the seamless integration with other cloud services. For example, if I want to share my resume or upload it to any company, I often find Dropbox a potential medium for source folders. So I do not need to rely on my offline device folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Dropbox expensive compared to other cloud drives, i.e., Google Drive. Dropbox also offers less space for free users. The package variation is also less compared to others available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to store my files like research papers or resumes. I can share these files with other collaborators or companies. I am not required to email them each version of my files. In this way, dropbox saves a lot of my time.
Great automation and cross-device access
What do you like best about the product?
It's available on all my devices which is so useful
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it backed up my photos faster on the phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with conversion control and clarity
Great product but requires more realistic storage price points
What do you like best about the product?
Love Dropbox and have it simply slides into my everyday life smoother than many other cloud storage solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the limited storage space options and pricing really lets the side down. It needs a 250/500gb option for £9.99 pcm or an annual plan and I'd jump at it Just too expensive currently on options offered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply collaborative solutions
Handles large video files well
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. When uploading single 4K videos, it performs very well and reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that uploading a few videos at a time (less than 5) will sometimes cause a time-out after the first one or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with large video files. Easy to share links amongst the team, as well as with users who need to view them. The custom privacy settings are helpful.
