User friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is not hard to navigate. The interface is user friendly. It provides a smooth experience in moving one file to another folder. It is simple and straightforward. The files that can be shared are not restricted as far as content goes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little storage allowance is a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have mentioned, I can send different file types without so much as a problem in doing so

A Tool I've Integrated Into My Workflow For Years Now
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a go-to tool that I naturally use in my day-to-day content creation. It's critical to back up the content I create whether it's writing or other creative work. It's a given that when I save work, it's going to the hard drive and to Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of when it comes to Dropbox is retrieving documents from my mobile device. Recent documents are not always easy to find via my mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides me with a secure location for my files that is easily accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Navigating Dropbox is pretty simple and I appreciate the ability to preview documents when it's time to find something I've saved. I've also recently created folders using specific labeling conventions that Dropbox offers. This will make it even easier to get to important documents quickly. It's a time-saver and a life-saver really when it comes to ensuring I don't lose important docs.

To back up the whole hard drive on mac,
Dropbox made a clone of the whole drive that has to live in Dropbox. It is little unintuitive and has created problems sometimes. Also seems a little pricey.

Gives me a way to share large files with clients and let's me access my files from all my devices

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to organize my photos/videos! Makes my life more simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little on the expensive side but it is worth the cost in the end.

Dropbox helps me organize photos from my photoshoots so I can easily send clients their images and they can easily access them with no extra hassle!

Very easy to collaborate, share and update files without unnecessary complications.

Sometimes sharing files to users without Dropbox causes confusion of theyre not familiar with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It always works. It's easy to send file and directories.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey. There are many new cloud storage providers that are much cheaper. I stay because the App and Windows platforms to access my files are so much better than the others.

Syncing directories for collaboration is so much faster than remote access.
Convenient and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share documents and other resources with collaborators in many locations, some of whom I've never met face to face. Dropbox allows us to work successfully on shared projects

Concerns about security and proprietary interests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for a couple of thing. First, I use it for a large construction project that has collaborators in multiple agencies in different locations. A shared server would not help in this situation because we work for different entities. Without Dropbox, there would be endless emails with huge attachments.
Second, I use it for the board of a non-profit. We save shared materials, reports, minutes, agendas, etc in Dropbox so all committee members can access them. New members can be given access to historical materials. The ease of use makes Dropbox accessible for people with limited comfort with technology which describes many members of the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a secure way to share and save documents among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I'm focused on doing my work well and efficiently, I don't appreciate marketing emails interrupting my thought process. Fortunately, Dropbox lets me opt out!
