Satisfied but nor required
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to access my info from any device and anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
The need of DB has been basically replaced by OneDrive and other databases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been satisfied with DB as a user since its inception. I realized that I am no longer using DB because all my files are in the cloud via OneDrive Business and Personal. I did not intentionally make this transition, but I realized that DB was redundant only recently.
Great service, getting pricier...
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and easy to share files with friends and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's gotten more expensive over the years and not a lot of value for my use has changed, so I feel like I might not stay if it keeps getting more expensive. I've considered just having my own NAS at home instead to save money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's where I store important files so I know I won't ever loose them. I can easily access them from my phone or tablet or computer, which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is intuitive and accessible, but the sync with Mac Finder on desktop is the most useful feature. It makes it super easy to find and organize files and folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the biggest challenge - it's very expensive per year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to access storage that syncs with Mac and other programs.

Integration with the desktop of my computers and devices is pretty much seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue I've noticed is that corporate Dropbox and personal Dropbox don't like to coexist on the same machine.

Great way for business collaborators to work together who aren't on a big enterprise using MS 365.

It just works! And it's very reliable and seamless.

It's never a good time when you run into your limits. If there were someway to temporarily go over the limit - even at a cost -- it would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a quick, reliable, secure, and ubiquitous way to work on the same files together. It is especially helpful when working as an independent or temporary consultant.
Dropbox - Great experience so far

Easy to use, cross platforms is one of the advantages. It integrates into Windows well and I can easily retreive the files from Android or Mac

the backup and recycle bin feature is there, but I find it confusing sometimes when I need to restore the files

Have a safe place to save content and also easy to share with those I want to collaborate with.

Some limitations as a non-paid account holder. Otherwise no dislikes.
