Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Dropbox is to use and how I can use it from my phone. I lvoe how easy it is to share files with a group or team
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish would improve is the time it takes for others I have shared files with to see and access the files. Sometimes it is slow.

Sharing large files
great way to share files that are too big and need shared editing

It's easy to understand and easy for customers that don'e have a dropbox to get one

There is limited space if you don't upgrade

I don't have to upgrade my server to send larger files.
Couldn't do business without it!!!

The fact that all our phones sync pictures and video to a central dropbox account.

Only real issue is the speed sometimes slowing down

The best thing is all of our team can share files and photos and have them in a central location

My prodicutivity is higher because my needed documents are right at hand on ALL of my devices! So easy to use.

None. It is too helpful to have downsides.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to have everything I need so accessible where ever I am. I can just open it up and there it is. I LOVE it. It has really streamlined my work flow.

I don't think I have found anything I don' t like about Dropbox yet.

Making sure we all have access to what we need wherever we are. If we are not onsite we can still have access to what we need.
Completely reliable. Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is reliable. It just works. And always works. There are no surprises. I've used Dropbox for 10+ years and haven't ever had a problem. The file structure is easy to understand, backups are automatic and it isn't going anywhere..... I'll be using Dropbox for another 10 years, no doublt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox costs more than I'd like to pay but the cost is 100% worth every penny, every time. I am assured that my files are safe and secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always know where my files are. I can access files across machines and locations. My files are safe, secure and accessible.
Organize and share
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has an intuitive, organized system of folders that allow the assets of a larger project to be easily navigable and managable by all members of the project. I can easily share an entire folder or a single image with one click once I've uploaded it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to scroll left and right through mulitple images in a file folder, vs clicking on each indiviual image, would be a great addition.

Allowing me to upload and access files VERY quickly and efficiently
Perfect to use for business invoices
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading and saving business invoices has been a simple experience! The best feature is searching for an invoice and typing in one or more words so the invoice appears without having to sift through everything. We have done this multiple times when an invoice is needed from a couple of years back. The filter options in how the list is organized is great whether we want it by numbers or dates. Perfect also for forwarding documents to someone!

I don't know that we have a dislike for Dropbox and we use it daily in our business.

Document management in one place. Upgrading has been absolutely worth it since we rely on Dropbox so much as a business
Easy to use, cheap option to store info
What do you like best about the product?
Been using Dropbox for years since college. Very useful for traveling and using at home! Cheap, easy and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints as of yet. There was an instance I suppose where I could not access my account and was never able to access it. I had to create a new one.

I love how much info I can store - much better than other companies trying to make money
