Great for File Sharing, But Membership Fees Are High
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing files outside of our office is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees for members is costly and deters some small companies from using it.

We had large drawing files that were too big to email through our webmail.

I appreciate how easy it is to share my videos and photos at high quality, and for long periods of time

I dislike the storage options, especially for how much you have to pay.

It helps being able to share large video files, and exports without having to use additional services and long wait times.

I really appreciate how Dropbox helps me access documents on multiple devices effortlessly. This feature enhances my productivity by allowing me to seamlessly transition between devices without any hassle. The convenience of having my files synced and available anytime, anywhere, is a major advantage that Dropbox offers. Moreover, I am inclined to use Dropbox because a friend recommended it to me, which speaks highly of its reputation and reliability. Even though I primarily use it for storage, the fact that it meets my needs so effectively is a testament to its quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the request for microphone access unnecessary since I use Dropbox primarily for storage and not for recording or audio-related functions. Additionally, I am not pleased with the limited storage offered for free users. I would appreciate more storage capacity without additional costs.

I dislike how Dropbox frequently pops up every time I connect a device to my computer. It becomes annoying because it interrupts my workflow.

I really appreciate the ease of use and organization that Dropbox offers. The simplicity with which I can separate files into different categories is something I genuinely like. The lack of a non-commercial paid plan. I don’t need a whole TB of space, most of the time I’m accessing the files on my phone.

The integration with my laptop, so I can get access directly to my files from my computer

When I try to use it online, sometimes it doesn't let me connect to more than one account. I can get access to multiple accounts in the desktop version, but it's a little challenging sometimes online

Since I don't use the online version too often, I don't see any lot of improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep all of my documents and photos in one place, organized the way I want, as well as continually back up my laptop to my designated Dropbox folder.

Size limitation on free version, cost of membership upgrades
