What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been useful for work as well as for communication amongst the team.

The saving files feature is finicky, can be difficult

Dropbox has been very useful in sharing and storing files for my self and church.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I'm now able to connect with my gmail to quickly share files.

The service is getting a little expensive.

Sharing and storing several files on a weekly basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly simple. Easy to use interface. I was never forced into using the product. It's just there like a folder on my computer to drop stuff in.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with everything, I wish it were cheaper. Deduplication features to save space and optional lossless compression of graphics would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files between computer systems as well as archival storage of some data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, organize into folders, and sync accross various devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is not being able to change the color of the folders

It is helping me stay organized which allows me to access files easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fact that they contacted us when our one year term expired. They emailed us, we paid again and all seemed okay. The fact that they contact you, instead of you remembering to contact them is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We renewed for a year and made the relevant payment. However, we then received an email to say that they would be debiting the account again in April 2024. This is not right, but we don't know how to contact Dropbox about it becuase the email is from a noreply email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing to save our important documents.
Dropbox keeps us organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and has many options for viewing my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues logging in and 2FA, but I believe we've figured that out now.

File sharing and organization, both within and outside of the organization. We have increased customer satisfaction with our shared folders.
Amazing Program

It allows me edit access files easily and for free.

Not anything I can think of. It is a great program.
