What do you like best about the product?
Sync my files so I can use anywhere. I also like smart sync function

I think dropbox very useful but it is quite expensive

Cost. Little expensive for low income people

Backup of data. Data is there across devices. Data is there when upgrade device.

Lifesaver for accessing files on any computer, smartphone, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
It syncs all my storage in my personal laptop for ages.2 Tb would crash my laptop if it held that much but there are several things I still need access to, and this is FAR superior to an ext. harddrive. Even when my laptop isn't working and I have to use a backup one, I have my files. The app is spot on.

It's gotten pricey, but to me it's first it 100%

Accessing files easily from my phone which is where I work from 1/4 of the time.
A useful Cloud Space Option
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for more than 5 years now and the experience has been great so far. I have around 20GB space mainly from referrals that I made. All my professional and personal documents are saved in Dropbox. I trust the security of Dropbox and the options to access it on multiple platforms are great. It also integerates with various other app to increase productivity

The upgrade options are somewhat limited. There should be an option of 100, 500 GB or may be 1TB before offering 3TB

Works like a normal filing system on a computer, but can have restrictions on types of access put on it.
Can be used as often as needed and have files moved in and out or copied in and out without issue. Never had to contact customer support, have never had any issues to require this. Just signed up and away we went with implementation!
