What do you like best about the product?
I think that is a fairly efficient tool, I rely heavily on it's features especially when sharing to other devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that limit of connected devices for the free plan should be tolerated a bit, files encryption would be a nice touch too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a videographer, Dropbox is helping me store all my original files, essentially sharing them across my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it works very well with multiple people, and for things like classes etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly clear to me what the box/dropbox difference is, and it would be nice to be able to scroll the pdf slides a bit easier while in the viewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Place to centralize and submit documents for a research class, assignments are not really hard deadlines (so it works), but it allows good organization and access to other submissions which can help guide your own.

Dropbox has saved Me

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can save everything from my computer on Dropbox. I am able to create folders and subfolders. It is easy to find what I'm looking for because of this. My computer crashed and I didn't lose anything because Dropbox was my backup account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update with the new areas has made it somewhat difficult to navigate. I still love that it has saved everything and has been my backup but prefer the undivided areas much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sell on Etsy and a lot of my items are too big to load up to their site. With Dropbox I'm able to share files with customers who can come and download them.

Dropbox for Automation

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being a Business Process Automation Engineer, Dropbox direct download link feature is very useful to keep and access files via API
What do you dislike about the product?
My main usage of Dropbox is via API and I suggest clients to use this service but It's interface feels heavy and lags sometimes. I also noticed some issue with file duplication because of path parameter in the API. I'll be better to improve file path recognition using via it's API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File hosting and Acces is very feasible as compared to other popular file storage service because Direct download link of dropbox is very convinient.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Once I save my files in the Dropbox cloud, then I can go anywhere across the world and access them hassle free. I can easily share files with workmates, friends and family instantly. The good news is Dropbox can store files for years!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been doing little in terms of product marketing. The product needs to be pushed out strongly out in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content sharing and collaboration is a key ingredient for the media/communication sector. The world has become one big global village and working on the same content with different people from different parts of the world has become critical. Dropbox enables seamless collaboration.
