Excellent accessibility and integration
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how integrated and seamless Dropbox is when using my desktop or mobile device. I greatly enjoy how I can access anything from my phone or computer and can easily share with clients or colleagues. Additionally, I enjoy the DropBox Sign feature which allows for sending contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the search feature when using from your desktop drive. If items are in the cloud, you cannot search for them unless you go to dropbox online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm unaware of what issues they are solving
Essential tool since 2007
What do you like best about the product?
I use dropbox as my main folder on my PC, so that all of my work files (and personal files) are backed up in real-time.
This also means that I can access all of my files on my other computers and mobile. As a remote/freelance worker, Dropbox has been an essential tool for me for 15 years and counting. I also use it to conveniently share files and folders with friends, family, clients, co-workers and contractors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can't think of anything to compain about. They've refined dropbox so well over the years, and continue to improve its features and usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good recent example is a folder I created with a client where we could share photos being used for a website development project. They were emailed images to me a few at a time and it quickly became impossible to find them or know which ones we even had. Dropbox solved that.
Dropbox is essential for our business.

Using Dropbox allows multiple users in various locations access to important company documents. It is easy to access from anywhere and anytime. All users have access to real-time updated documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally I hit maximum usage size and have to move documents out of Dropbox.

Dropbox allows realtime updates for shared documents from anywhere and anytime.
Easy way to share large files and keep things organized.

It's easy and you can send links without needing to have others sign up (for those who are not tech savvy).

I don't think there's anything that I would change about Dropbox.

Dropbox is helping with sending larger files and allowing organization of files to be shown to others.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a Dropbox user for a long time, and I love how easy it is to synchronize files across multiple devices. Then I can share links to the files and everything just works
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited sharing on some subscriptions is somewhat upsetting. OneDrive has better controls on what types of sharing I can do... with Dropbox, it's basically all or nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need cloud access to my files on multiple devices... and dropbox does that will great ease!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can access Dropbox from multiple devices and how much storage and room it saves. Always has been a reliable source to youse to get to my books and documents in the palm of my hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to have dropbox for free, the regular price increases and payments are frustrating since before it was not like this. I wish the price would be less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a game changer to carrying massive amounts of books and pictures with me, all my books are with me.

I love how easy Dropbox makes it to access my files no matter what device I'm on. It's extremely easy to use.

I haven't found any drawbacks. I guess there are other similar products, but I've been pleased with Dropbox all around.
