What do you like best about the product?
I can save my delicate information on Dropbox and have access from anywhere in the world. My colleagues can access team information across the board. I open my Dropbox first thing in the morning and check what's happened on the projects that have been delicated to my team. So very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team could be better but they eventually get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues are across the country. We can all work on the same projects at the same time. It elminates such things as lagging project deadlines from no access to the files.

Dropbox excels as a go-to solution for cloud storage and collaboration. Its seamless synchronization across devices, intuitive interface, and robust security features make it indispensable for both personal and professional use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Dropbox sets the standard for cloud storage solutions.

Productivity enhance, file sharing, granular access controls.

Any emails I receive or send containing Dropbox files or even the name Dropbox go directly to the bin! Really annoying and I can't fix it!

Best Cloud Storage Available
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to save hard drive space and take my documents on the go so I can access all my files from any computer and phone. Dropbox also backs up photos from my phone automatically and allows me to scan and upload documents in one shot. I also love how documents shared to me via Dropbox and can be saved directly to my account. Dropbox also allows me to safely and securely share files and folders with others and withdraw access at any time as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox does'y have any negative points that I can think of. I was one of the orginal user's of Dropbox back in the late 2000's - so I've been using it for almost 15 years without an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to back up all of my data to external hard drives and carry them with me everywhere I went so I could have my files with me at home/work/vacation, etc. After having enough external hard drives fail and along with that lose all my data (and spending hundreds on data recovery) I switched to a cloud-based solution which is cheaper, lighter, and easier to use and adds more benefits like secure file sharing.
Dropbox makes it easy to share information quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to share information with other organizations quickly and securely. It is helpful to be able to customize who has access to each folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any down side that I have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have yet to encounter a problem and have not needed support so far.

I do not have to worry about my computer crashing and losing all my work.

Nothing - Dropbox affordable and it works.

Data storage - no worries of my computer crashing and losing everything. Access from any machine and my smartphone when I need it.

All Educational documents, scans, invoices, certificates, medical records have been uploaded and are available quickly anywhere i go

What do you like best about the product?
The notification side of dropbox makes it great. if someone is using it it able to prompt you. You can use dropbox offline as well even without internet. Especially if you have set it on your desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is vulnerable to malware and sometimes makes multiple uploads quite challenging. Dropbox easily duplicate conflicting files. Also purchasing storage for dropbox is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For filiing all documents for future use.
I'm using Dropbox since it created first version, I can not live without Dropbox any more

I could always relay on my files to be available on my comp, phone or any browser.

It consumes too much CPU an ram on my Windos 10 computer.
