What do you like best about the product?
I am using Dropbox for more than 10 years now for my personal and official backups. My experience with it is quite good. I work from my laptop and all files modified or new gets automatically synced and I can easily view them on my phone also. Previous versions of changed files and deleted files are also protected and this has saved me several times for accidentally changed files. I was easily able to restore previous versions. So far so good. I fully recommend it to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly speaking I have never faced any issue. But it will be good if free version can accommodate more devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I normally keep that data in Dropbox which I need to be handy to me anytime. Secondly I store the data which I do want to keep safe from HDD crashes. It has saved me twice when my HDD crashed.

Seamless Cloud storage & app integration with various apps make this an easy product to stay with
What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Dropbox for over 10y now in a paid plan. I have never regretted it nor changed it. I have OneDrive also - but use DropBox far more frequently. Recent integration with various apps allows things to be easily sent into the cloud. Sharing files with people and limiting access rights etc. are also easy. Creating folders on the go and getting only partial rights to some files and not the whole folder for example is also a great feature. Using with teams therefore should be quite easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has been known to use up a lot more computer resources and processind power though it feels like it has been getting better over the years or maybe our systems are getting better at handling its demands :) The paid plans have some limitations and one of the biggest pain point for me is the amount of storage space in the lower tiers. They are far less when compared to comparable product and competitor offerings. Ease of use is one thing but space is also another and space costs are way cheaper these days than they used to be but I feel dropbox has not really paid attention to space concerns of users for now and not eased their free space allocation nor increased significantly their paid plans as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of implementation and access and integration with various other apps so that I can share things directly from those apps rather than go to dropbox separately.
On time updation of documents

Dropbox is a great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great tool for bussines and personal use alike. I use it every day to store all my pictures and videos on a safe place, and I share them with family members using a Dropbox link that alows them to see the files, that way I don't have to worry about loading time.
I also use Dropbox to store all my work files and templates in pdf and ms word. I can access my office and work from any place, reducing paper waste and physical files. It is secure and safe, plus it gives me the option to work offline if I want to.
Dropbox is easy to integrate into daily life use and implement it to a work environment. All my office files are sincronized in my pc, laptop, phone and tablet automatically. And if I am using a public pc, I can always access my account through the website.
