The ease of use, online document editing, integration into Word and other software. Seamless operation.

I dont think there any downsides. It would be nice to have distributed synchronization.

Great Tool for Creating on the Go
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is so easy to use. Since I've downloaded the desktop app, it becomes one of the "save to" options making it easy to save whatever document I need to dropbox. I used dropbox the most as a content creator. I can search for and save images to the desktop app since it's easier to navigate on the computer. Then I can access these images on my phone and post it wherever I want. There are also cases when I have large documents that I can't send over email. I can upload them to dropbox and access them wherever I need them
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about dropbox. For what I use Dropbox for, it has everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem it is solving is the ability to access documents from multiple devices. I don't have to have documents stuck on my computer or have to physically connect my phone to download images to it. Neither do I have to email something to myself so I can open it on my phone. As long as the device has the app, I can access the documents I need which makes my workflow run smoother and lessens the number of steps I need to do to get something done.

I remember using it since 2010 when there were no paid plans. The greatest problem solved by dropbox is that there is no more fear of hard disk crash or any loss of precious data. I have my data easily available everywhere whenever I need it. After my blunder experience with HP I started using dropbox and since that day I have never looked back. It seems I can leave anything but I can never think my tech products without dropbox. Life has become so much easier.

The product/service synchronizes my local files with the cloud with a great speed synchronization process.

The cost per gigabyte is too high and not competitive with alternatives.

Keeping reliable backups, I have most of my clients on their own dropbox accounts and we share documents that way.

It is user friendly, its easy to move files to Dropbox and it has better storage

We have to upload multiple images and share with our colabrators and partners, and it is very easy to move folders to Dropbox and just share the link with them.

It's super easy to sync with my computer files and I can instantly access files from different devices through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much! It works for all my needs and there's nothing I would change about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other platforms only allow very minimal storage and if I want to purchase more, it is quite costly. I love that I can use Dropbox for all my devices, and for all my business files. I'm a designer so my files are always very large and Dropbox allows me to safely store and share these design files with clients.
